I live in the Clayton area and have never been to a pawn shop. I drove by and saw it and it looked clean and inviting. This place was excellent!. I was buzzed in and was greeted by welcome to Rock Road Pawn and what are you looking for. I said I was just browsing and they sais "enjoy" The place is spacious and clean and the items are presented nicely. I ended up buying a very nice road bike. Allen and some other guys were very helpful and shouwed me how to work it, explained the make of the bike, made sure it was in perfect working order and gave me a pump since the bike had aftermarket racing tires that need a special adapter to put in the air. I will be back, there were other great things that caught my eye...the main being THE PRICES! they are fair and I didnt feel I was being ripped off buying used equipment.

Im a continuous customer here and Ive never had any problems at all. They send me text alerts to let me know when my payment is about to be due and the customer service is great! My property is always returned to me in the same condition in which i pawned it.

The young guy working there doesnt care about people. He low balled me and said he has to make money off my items but I just wanted a loan. The ladies that work there are great but this kid acting like he owned the place.

Tried to tell me my gold was 10k when I knew it was 14k. Plus his scale is off. Went to another place and they offered me more than double what he quoted. This guy is a crook. Avoid.
