My laptop that was pawned there for 2 months was damaged. The computer started up normal but I used the Dell hardware check to make sure everything is working before I pawned it.. It turns out that the hard drive was damaged and I couldnt even reformat my computer. I went back up there just to tell them about it and they acted as if each person doesnt have a mind of they own and on my way out they left a napkin on the ground so theyre bold enough. All I got to say is if you had a computer that was in good condition including the software.. Dont go there. You wont get it back the same way if they dont like you.... My warranty replaced the hard drive but now Im having technical issues with usb devices causing my computer to lagg ... This computer was brand spankin new from Dell.... I just would like to ask of yall not to support them because of their behavior.

Most pawn shops are filled with old junk cluttered on tables and are very NOT customer friendly. This place is honestly like a used department store. They will only take quality items (saw them turn down some items while I was in there that many other pawn shops , sadly enough, would have taken and put on the shelf) and the staff knows their stuff. Been shopping there for years and they never let me down. Spencer KNOWS electronics and guitars as good as anyone I have met. If you are looking for guns, they have a good selection and are all knowledgeable with firearms (Steve is the guru).

Got a short loan and they tried to charge me extra fees to get my item back, they just thought I wouldnt notice. They are also extremely rude with their "holier than thou" attitude. I will never recommend them to anyone and definitely will never go back.

Not very knowledgeable concerning high end computers. Tried comparing everything to apple, and then low balled me less then a 1/10 of the price for a factory sealed computer I was trying to get a short loan on. I wont go back.

My husband and I went in shopping for a guitar for our 10 year old son. The service was outstanding and friendly and I would recommend this store to everyone. I consider myself to be very picky and I will go back.

Place was very clean and like a previous reviewer said, felt like a used department store. I haggled down the buying price of a guitar with a very courteous staff member. Would gladly go back one day.

Awesome experience every time. I purchased a camera, chipper, and other tools. They all worked at a good price. They have a very friendly staff and clean store. I do not mind bringing my family there.
