today 12-10-2015 i have a bad day with Shri Day store manager the man sales assoc. Danny he let me to la away a black diamon and and Sheri dont let danny to sales for she did that a year ago she is a propetional manager i think shes too maen with customer i shopping in that store for 6 years i love that store i buys lots of jewelry shes to crumpy all the time.. Michael and Danny are good Man they help me they should be a Manager !!! Sheri Day is a joked !!

This place is a joke. The staff are too busy starring in their own reality series to give any kind of customer service. I asked one question from a woman behind the counter and she patronized me like a school kid. And all the staff working then seemed very entertained by her. Very poor people skills. Like I said, they want to be in a reality series more than they want to run a good business.

Ive used their services for 5 years now. I cannot say enough about the CARING customer service! Theyve always gone beyond what I expect, and gave me favor when I couldve lost my stuff. I can only speak for this location, but I will never go anywhere else.

These people are idiots when it comes to guns. They dont know what an "assault rifle" is. Their policy is "if it looks like an "assault rifle" they cant (wont) take it. " I doesnt matter that the rifle is semi-auto or not.

Tried to sell some retail at a fair price. Around 60% of the Used value of the item. The manager wanted to offer me close to 20% of its value. They didnt even want to try to negotiate. Terrible sales manager.
