A word of warning to all! Just left there and most of the working people there seem to be nice. But, Daniel Hernandez, the so-called Store Manager, is not only a liar but a thief! I have never seen such an unprofessional in my life! If he worked for me Id fire him on the spot! Actually, he could not manage his way out of a wet paper bag, and really gives a bad reputation to the entire store chain! What is wrong with the owners of this establishment, allowing such an amateur act as front man? Who knows? Probably a racist I would think. There are several other pawn chains around I see and I would caution anyone thinking about visiting this store to think twice! Good luck!

Ive been reading a lot of other reviews about this place and they all seem to be pretty harsh. I cant speak for anyone else, but Ive been doing pawning/ buying from them since I first moved to harlingen about half a year ago and Ive never had a single problem with them. Ive pawned items several times and bought items from them on multiple occasions. Every employee Ive come across has worked with me quickly including the manager. I hope things go the same for you guys, all I know is Im going to continue giving them my business for as long as things remain how they are, have a good day :)

What a bunch of unprofessional dbags. If you dont mind putting up with the employees cracking jokes about you and the other people waiting in line, or the douchey low-balling manager, (daniel) then this is the place to go. I dont plan on ever going back.

My favorite store they always help me out when in need and if you forget to extend your item as long as you contact them they help you. Love this store and the new employees they have there all except one stick in the mud are wonderful.

Horrible!! Trying to sell broken products! Long wait times, horrible customer service, not the lowest prices! Stay away from this business. Store Manager Daniel is an idiot as well.

Horrible customer service walked in waited for ever for assistance nothing after asking for assistance told me ok ill check never came back with an answer eventually just walked out
