Customer Service was the worst I have had from anywhere in a very long time. Very very rude. Had to wait quite awhile just to get someone to help you or check out. The selection was not very good. And less youre looking for DVDs however I bought one that didnt work and the back of it had so many scratches it was ridiculous. I cant even believe it much less sold it so if you do buy the DVDs they are a dollar but make sure that you open them and check them. I would not recommend this place at all. Im all about customer service and I am the first person to notice good customer service but yet when its bad I do give people the benefit of the doubt and just couldnt find it here. e

I came across their website via Armslist. Emailed with questions and got prompt answers. Called and talked to Jessica and made sure I was getting a gun 100% new and unfired and she verified it and I bought the gun. All went flawlessly. Called the next day to see if they got the ffl via fax and another employee checked into it and said yes and gun was shipped out already. That is fast and got it 2 days later. Gun was new and pristine as described. Very competitive prices to for a pawn shop. Thanks, a bunch.

I had an absolutely excellent experience during my transaction with Sooner State Pawn #2, located on NW 23rd. Judy was welcoming and immediately helpful, and Todd assisted me with the transaction flawlessly. I am sure that these folks have much bigger fish to fry, and yet, I was treated with respect and decency. I hope to continue a business relationship with this store, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to my associates!
