This is more than just your ordinary pawn shop. Their staff starting with their mananger Albert Juarez, are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable. They treat everyone with the upmost courtesy and do not look down and gudge people because of our hardships. Their items for sale are also clean and in working condition. There jewelry is called "refurbished" making it appear brand new. I would refer this place of buisiness to anyone who needs a loan or who wants to buy something.

Worst customer service I came in to look at some guitars but also wanted to sell my dvd player and as soon as I walk in there to me out if that doesnt have a remote I dont want anything to do with. So I just walked out but it did have a remote so I will never go to any cash America.
