These people are crooks. Got delayed on an AR15, thats fine. Waited 3 days, called and they said there was a proceed. I was excited so I left work (on he north side of OKC) drove 45 min just to be told they were mistaken and there was no proceed. Very disappointed but still not huge. The next day I called to check the status and was put on hold for 15 min, no problem I had to go to the bank anyway so I waited on my headset. Got disconnect I called back, waited about 10 min again! they finally said no proceed. I said ok Id like to cancel the sale I will just get one on armslist (due to the very poor service I have received to this point). Very disgruntled the girl said I dont even know how to do that hold on, waited again, she came back and sis there would be a $100 restocking fee! No joke. I said ok Im walking in you guys can keep that hundred. I walk in and there is a huge line and the girl looks at me like she doesnt know why Im there. I ask for the refund and she says very catty "I dont even know how to do it." I said can you get someone that does? She said "uhhhh yeahhh, can you wait in linnnneeend Ill TRY to find someone who can do it. Well its Friday and quittntime so no Im not playing these games. I also was just on the phone with you guys for accumulative of 30 min. She was just mad I wasnt buying their expensive AR. Even with those crooks keeping my money Im better off in the long run, I will get a better quality rifle and I wont have to deal with their disgusting service! I do however feel better about writing this review, I hope you take it as a warning and dont do any type of business there.

my lovely lady stopped by ez pawn on the 22nd of jan, may i add their google posting said specificly this day they would be open til 8pm. so she rushed from north side of city to norman to give them business when she could of stopped anywhere on the way home... when she gets there this lady walks out and say" we are closed" not only were the google hours not right, she was very rude and unapproachale.... she flung her arms in the air as she said were...... very bad mannered..... which would explain why their store aint progressed...... dont lose your money

Horrible. Go in there and waited about 15 min before anyone acknowleged that i was there. Then when he asked may i help you, he was looking at me but 2 other dude cut infront of me which they let happen, and waited another 30 min before they were done talking about sports and crap. All i wanted to do was get my item out of pawn which should take max of 10 min. It took over an hour, they didnt say sorry for the wait or anything. And they were quite rude.

pawned a macbook and picked it up a week later. macbook has no obvious signs of damage but mysteriously wont turn on, charge, anything a computer usually does. now its a paper weight and ill never return. (also appears the gun stands inside are metal and they slide them down the front of the barrel. Cant be good for them. scratching a pretty important part of the gun there).

These people are the biggest crooks Ive ever dealt with. I was having financial hard times so I pawned one of my guitars. It was nothing fancy, just a $300 guitar but only 3 months old in mint condition and they said the most they could give me was $30. Are you serious!? I guarantee theyd sell it for $250. Makes me sick how they treat people, Ill never use them again.

7/23/16 5.45 pm, manager sais thst whatever is sold as is they dont do returns or anything, they claim they test things then they sell it, you get home and it doesnt work, what a garbage pawn shop. Bough an Xbox 360, but I get home and it has a red ring does not power the fan on. What a garbage place, they wont work with me on it.

This is the horrible customer service in this Norman store. I waited for 3 people to process 3 customers for 25mins as they visited and they had no idea on who was next and this included the manager.. I was going to make $300 purchase but just went looking at cash America. The guy behind the gun counter was lost.

Sometimes can be a bit crowded but they try to give you a fair price on everything you bring in. They have always been friendly, and actually explain why they can only offer a certain amount. I will definitely be shopping, pawning, and selling to this pawn shop in the future.

This store is agonizingly slow and unorganized. The employees have no sense of urgency in anything they are doing. On a positive note, if you frequent the store like I do, they give you better deals especially if u have a good customer standing with the.

I came in near closing time. I was looking for a specific item which they did have. They allowed me to look it over and ask questions and with no pressure to push me out or to hurry because they were now closed. I got a great deal with friendly people.

I have purchased 4 electronic devices, iphone5, led tv, 24" monitor, and surface tablet. I returned tablet next day, and had absolutely no problem returning it. They have always been nice and friendly when I go in there. This is my pawn shop of choice.
