Was once a great shop - but the new manager is a d*ck. After being a customer for almost a decade Cash America has been sold to another company and all old customer data was lost. Attempted to conduct a transaction and even offered for them to contact the old manager, who was awesome, to verify my long and excellent history as a customer. Instead the new manager attempted to regale me with tales about how after 15 years of working in music stores he had managed to scratch his way to the top of a second-rate pawn shop management position. All from behind a window - couldnt even be bothered to get his lazy ass out of his chair and enter the room to attempt to retain me as a customer. Instead, after settling on the terms of the transaction, he became offended and forced the pawn employee to give me back my ID and cancel the transaction. Beyond petty and certainly no way to conduct business. His extremely fragile ego is obviously more important to him than cultivating steady, quality customers.

The people here are great!. They really work with you and are always super nice. I only go to this pawn shop, I buy, sell and pawn stuff here. Definitely A+ service, a little small in their selection and a little limited to what they will take in but that is only due to their physical size and geographic. Overall, love doing business here:)

GREAT STORE!! with great staff who are always friendly and helpful, ive gotten loans here, as well as bought merchandise from here that is always of great quality. this location is the only one that i go to!
