This is a terrible company. My daughter was blessed with a voucher to get glasses . It took pearl (Buckhead location) five months to get her glasses. This is just outrageous and my daughter is about to graduate without ever using those glasses during her senior year. This company gave Me the run around .They examined my daughters eyes then wouldnt supply her with glasses because they said they didnt have the frames that VSOP said pearl must supply, but she had a voucher and in order for them to even take the money provided they needed to provide the services all the way thru.Then after going back n forth with them they suggested another eye place that services vouchers, but tried to keep the money associated with the voucher. when they finally gave her another company that said they would try to help then that company sent Me back to the them because they found out the voucher had already been used. We finally get things to be what we thought was in order and by the way All this time my daughter was still waiting for her glasses . Finally get a call to pick up the glasses then I take the glasses home to my daughter and She fell in love quickly with the glasses. I get a call that they gave me wrong glasses. They gave me the wrong glasses after I asked like 10 times if these were the glasses. She saysBring them back ASAP! Ok So I didnt want to hurt my daughter heart and I found the same ones online and they said they wouldnt price match. I would think after all of this they would at least price match ($122 burberry frame) what I found on a reputable site, but noooo can do because they want to price gouge. This company is terrible. The biggest thing is no one tried to be sympathetic or offer a real solution, they just blamed the VSOP company for their improper behavior and lack of customer service. Then just kept asking if I was going to bring the glasses back and put me on the phone with an assistant manager after I asked for the store manager. Its very sad that a big name company would treat people like this and think they can just get away with it. I think not! There are so many platforms and ways to voice the wrongs of companies that dont want to take responsibility for shortcomings. Customer service is key and the customer is number1. Dishonest and unethical! Purchased very expensive glasses one year ago. Within months the lenses were unbelievably scratched and the frames broken in two places. Went back to get them replaced at half price under the guaranty I was given at purchase and was told they had no record of such a guaranty. One gentlemen spoke up and said he remembered that they were offering the guaranty last year, but the person waiting on me said she had no record of it. She did, however, state that if I could find my paperwork they would honor it (which tells me they were very much aware of it, but were hoping I didnt have the paperwork). When I took the paperwork back, they conveniently had no-one available to help me. While I am tempted to hold them to the guaranty, I find it too distasteful to deal with any company who is so deliberately dishonest and unethical, particularly to the elderly, who have to be so careful with their funds. Will find someone else to do business with in the future.

If there are negative reviews of this place, either the competition is writing them or they are old with a different staff of people. The selection of glasses is huge. If you cant find what you want, you are too picky!!! The staff is friendly. I went in once when busy and they stopped what they were doing, asked what i needed, and said sit there and we will be right with you. They were knowledgeable about the insurance and made it very clear what the total costs and after insurance costs would be. I had an issue with the prescription on one of the eyes, and they took care of the problem. They didnt need to do that but they wanted a satisfied customer. I had gone to Pearle Vision in Iowa when i lived there and now this is my glasses store. I will not go anywhere else. I am not sure if you can contact me with questions in these reviews, but if so i would be happy to confirm what i am saying. This place is EXCELLENT!

Just got eye insurance and this was a place that was in-network and close by (also had the widest variety of designer frames to choose from). I went in without reading any previous reviews so my review/opinion is unbiased. The eye exam was fast and painless. The doctor explained things very well. Shopping for glasses was a breeze as well. Multiple employees came over to help me keep all the eyeglasses I was trying on in order for me to help me decide. No one was pushy or rushed me. They were very accommodating to my indecisiveness. When I came back a week later to pick them up, again multiple employees asked if they could assist me and were very friendly. Only negative I could say has nothing to do with this Pearle Vision, but rather the traffic surrounding Lenox mall/Phipps Plaza area trying to get to Lenox Rd where this company is. But theres nothing that will change that.

Several challenges with this location, but one primary fuels most of the rest. Every time Ive visited, there has been a different Optometrist that owns / operates the vision exam portion of the storefront. Now, this is remarkable given Ive been going I believe 4 years straight - somehow I keep telling myself there will be some continuity next time. I dont really care who does the exam as long as there is a diploma on the wall - the frustration is they never turn over patient records. So every time I go - I have to waste 20 minutes filling out the patient record. The final straw today was this location shows up as being in network on my benefits but is actually out of network because the Doctor who obtained the in-network status is no longer there and I suppose in-network status just doesnt transfer.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Great eye exam with Dr. Patel. Yes the solution burned but he TOLD me before hand then asked if I had questions before proceeding with drops. Hes very knowledgeable about eye care. I dont remeber having that thorough of an exam. After the exam I was helped by Sandy! Awesome personality!! I didnt feel rushed or pressured through the frame fitting and selection. She explained what some would label a lens "up sale" in a way it made sense for the daily demands on my eye sight. Cant wait until I go pick up my glasses. Hopefully shes there. Oh, the young lady who sits behind the front desk (upset I cant remember her name) was nice and very knowledgeable as well!!! Thanks Dr. Patel, Sandy, and the young lady who sits behind the front desk. #greatteam

Everyone was friendly and willing to help me. You get your moneys**** worth. The Optician does a thorough eye test (very advanced) and will answer all your questions. I went during a sales period which ends in June 2016 and so I was able to get a discount on my glasses and contact lenses. You get a representative that helps you with your glasses and takes measurements for your glasses. They will tell you when to collect them and You collect them exactly the day and time given. If they dont like how the glasses turns out due to whats been put in them and some other toys you asked for. They will call you to discuss it and your options. I had a friendly team at my disposal. Thank you Pearle Vision 3425 Lenox Road and thank you Sandy Brinson-she helped pick up my gasses.
