I went in there to get a high index prescription glasses with astigmatism. I was at first so excited about the collection and the fast prozess. The glasses came in 5 days delivered at home. I tired them on and I already was disappointed. When I looked straight everything was fine but when I looked on the sides with my head straight everything was blurry and reflecting from the back. On both sides. Which isnt really good to drive a car. I was afraid to change lanes on an interstate because I didnt want to miss somebody, just because of my glasses. So I drove to this store and asked for help. They bended the sides and the bottom a little bit. But it didnt made it better. I was told to wait a couple days, because my eyes have to get used to them. So I drove home and waited. It didnt get any better. So I visited this store again. Meanwhile I look up what the possible reasons for this issue are. It said online, that it could be the coating on the lenses or the pupil distance was wrong. So I arrived at the store and complained again to the same person. He told me, he doesnt know what else he can do. I suggested to measure the pupil distance again and order them again. The pupil distance was different by the way. So thats what we did. (But it was my idea. He didnt know what to do) 3 Days later they arrived. This time I ordered them to the store, so I can leave them there, if they suck. We made a couple adjustments to the new glasses and I felt better at once and wanted to give it a try to get used to them. 2 days later I still have the blurry sides issue. So I returned them. These where definetly not right. I am wearing glasses 17 years and I know how they are supposed to be. But I really have to say, that I didnt felt that the optician knew what he was doing. I am definetly disappointed! And I think that something went wrong in the manufacturing process.

Phenomenal service. Great selection. I hate buy glasses. I even took my daughter with me because I just hate the process of selecting a frame. This place is great. The non-commissioned rep gave me excellent feedback and truly made the selection for me (daughter approved). I was in and out of there faster than any optical place Ive ever been in and Ive been to many. What got me were the prices. I bought two pair (regular and sunglasses) cheaper than what I would have paid for one pair at an opticians office. Get this....they mailed them to my home. I didnt have to go back and they fit perfectly. I did screw up and ordered my sunglasses without transition lens. Big mistake on my part. When they arrived at my home I realized my error and called the 1-800 number. A live person answered on the first ring. No questions asked... I had a return label on my computer before I hung up the phone. I returned them and a new pair is on the way. I only paid for the cost of the transition lens. No arguments, no discussions just great service. You gotta try them.

I bought a pair of reading glasses recently from WP for about $100. I noticed they scratched pretty easily. After about 2 months the left lens was so scratched it was unusable. I went to their store here and they told me to request a replacement lens online. To make a long story short, I eventually got a new pair for free in the mail. Thank you WP! However, Ive had the new glasses for one day and the right lens already has a scratch in it. And I was trying to be extra careful to use a soft cloth to clean them. Ive had the same pair of Maui Jim sunglasses for 2 years and while theyre scratched, the difference in "scratchability" is huge. WP apparently does not have a scratch resistant option, and based on my experience, I will never buy WP again unless and until they offer scratch resistant lenses. One-for-one is great and I applaud it, but you still have to deliver a quality product, and I dont believe their lenses are sufficient quality for everyday use. I would pay more for it, say $115 or even maybe $125 for better lenses.

TL;DR - definitely check out if youre looking for glasses. PARKING: the store will validate your parking for up to three hours, so make sure to bring your ticket with you!! This store is beautiful. Its located next to a number of other stores and shops which is nice if you are looking to walk around. The store has frames lining the walls, and is very open. There are also a number of seats available. The staff is VERY helpful. They are happy to give advice and are very quick and attentive. If you bring in another pair of warby Glasses they are happy to fix them for free (screw came loose, curving the band) on the spot. It takes just a few minutes and they are really happy to do it. I would highly recommend!

Bought frames from Warby Parker online before and I loved the process and my new glasses! Once I heard that they were opening an Atlanta location I had to stop by. I came for a party they had during the holidays and it was lots of fun and PACKED! I finally came by again with my prescription and picked out the CUTEST frames with the help of a pleasant associate. They took a little while to ship (about two weeks), but I was super patient. Im thinking it was because of the holiday rush. Best advice I can say about dealing with Warby Parker is to have your vision prescription on hand! They cant process your order without it.

Ive had a few pairs of eyeglasses from this amazing company and have NEVER been disappointed with any aspect. The home try-on makes selecting a pair online incredibly easy and worry-free. From personal experience, my third pair had a large scuff mark a few weeks after i purchased it (my own doing) and after a brief (and delightful) series of emails back and forth, I was not only satisfied but completely speechless with what came out of it. I am currently apparently expecting a brand new pair of eyeglasses with no extra charge. Thank you Warby Parker! You guys are absolutely one of the best companies out there!

Id previously purchased two pair from their online store and finally had a chance to stop by since the opening of the Atlanta store. The experience in person is just as purchasing online. The staff is very attentive and helpful. I got great help picking out a pair of sunglasses today and look forward to receiving them in the next few days. The selection is great, staff helpful with no high-pressure. Theres even a photo-booth at the store so you can take a picture of yourself in your new look as youre trying on frames. WP definitely has a good thing going with their selection, prices and great customer service.

Stop going to Sunglass Hut spending crazy money and come here for better glasses at better prices! Great experience and very helpful staff! After having a terrible experience at the Bonobos store across the street it was very refreshing to come to a store where it felt I was welcomed. Upon entry I was introduced to the store layout and glasses types. After a few minutes of explanation I was setup for a great experience. I thought to myself "this is the experience I wanted at the other store". I could not be happier with the service and selection at Warbly Parker. I will be back with friends very soon.
