I have been going to Wing Eyecare Western Hills for my vision correction needs for some years now. The staff (from the doctors, to the ladies at the front desk, to the opticians) have always been so friendly, professional and helpful. Today, I am sooo grateful to Dave, one of the opticians, who went above and beyond to help me with my (very expensive) contacts purchase. I was speaking to someone at the front desk concerning price matching, and he took it upon himself to review my records after I had finished my initial call. He called me back shortly after to let me know that my vision plan would allow me to purchase my contacts at a very reasonable price. I was so grateful for this information, as it freed me from having to comparative shop and find price matches! Thank you so much, Dave!! Super customer service!

Worse experience Ive had purchasing eyeglasses. The sales person followed my brother, my husband and I around the whole store as if we were going to steal. As I held onto a pair of eyeglasses I was interested in purchasing, the sales lady told me "Ill hold onto those for you," as if I was going to break them like a child. My husband asked her a question about my prescription and she rolled her eyes and responded to him very rudely. I was also told that my glasses would be ready within one week. I called to see if they were ready, and now I was told itll take 2 weeks. In which I will be out of town. The worse place to shop and will not return EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

As a manager I noticed a lot of good things normally get overlooked. And I just wanted to recognize one of your employees name Rodney.. I went to the store today thinking that my broken glass would take about a week to fix and I would be without glasses for that time. However even though my glasses were beyond repair Ronnie was able to salvage my glasses so they wearable for the next week until a replacement pair could be ordered and shipped. The few times Ive been in that store Rodney has always gone the extra mile to take care of me. He is a great asset to your company, who always has his focus on the customer. Thank you

Best staff and Doctors I have ever been to. Im terrible at picking out frames for my face and in one shot they were able to pick out the perfect frames for me. No hassels, No upsells, everything was smooth and comfortable and I didnt have to wait very long at all for the appointmet. Oh, and the coolest thing Ive ever seen is the non-mydriatic retinal camera! It was awesome to see pictures of the inside of my eyes. Great job Glenway office you have a customer for life. It was my first time every visiting there and my experience made it the best EVER!! Thank you (James Jordan)

What kind of Dr. refuses to help someone who is clearly injured? This place is at the end of my street 2 mins away and the first place ggogle brings up when you say i need an eye doctor. My wife had injured her eye and it was starting to swell shut. Not knowing the area or where else to go we asked for help. I understand insurance is a big thing and if you dont take my insurance fine, bill me and i can cut you a check. But no, without payment upfront, oh well store policy they say. I guess the Hippocratic oath counts for a lot in here.

When faced with having to take our daughter in for an eye exam, we chose Wing due to the years of great service we had already received for our own eye health. Happy to say our daughter was very comfortable with the staff and Doctors. She easily picked out a set of frames that she loves and had a great experience. Glad to say the quality of service has remained through the years. We will continue to come back for our eyecare needs. Highly recommended by this family!

My experience was excellent. The doctor was thorough and explained everything. I had to get glasses for the first time and the lady helping me with that was great. She was very honest and helped me choose a great pair of glasses. They were able to tell me right away the out of pocket expense for purchasing the glasses, so I could make a good decision. I would recommend Wing EyeCare and they now have a life long patient.

My experience is always a great one at Wing. I was just in a few months ago because I was having an issue with one of my contacts. It seemed to come out of the package with a tiny hole or a tiny object on it that was irritating my eye. The nice, smiley lady at the front desk brought me a brand new contact. Put it in and problem solved! Highly recommend Wing Eyecare!

Ive been to the Glenway location for both glasses and contacts, and the doctors and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable & helpful, but most importantly patient. Took me forever to learn to put my contacts in, and took me twice as long to decide on frames for my glasses - they didnt rush me in either case. Id recommend this office to anyone!

We have been customers at Wing Eyecare for over 20 years. Wing has taken care of 5 children in glasses and the kids package is GREAT! Our son Tony was a regular at Wing because he was so consistently rough on his glasses. Adjustments are free and without scolding or shaming! And the free replacement on kids glasses! Priceless!

I was just at Wing Eyecare after a few years of skipping eye exams. The staff put me at ease and helped me pick out some new glasses. They were very understanding and helpful. I definitely plan on going back for all my eye care needs. I highly recommend them for eye care.

I got in next-day, received my contacts two business days later and the whole trip, exam and one years worth of contacts (both eyes) will cost less than $100 after mail-in rebate! Highly recommend!
