At this point, this company appears to be incredibly sketchy. They have decent prices and flat rate shipping. I placed my order after shopping around a bit. AFTER I placed the order I received an email stating I needed a prescription, even though they wee for a costume and not corrective. I do not have an eye doctor and did not want to pay to make an appointment so I called to cancel. I completely understand (now) that this is a law and you need doctors permission, that being said I let them know I would not be moving forward with the order and they promised to process the refund and cancel the order. That has not yet happened and now I just get voicemail when I call.

SCAM! Purchased Contacts for Halloween. On their site, they say "Orders shipped within 24 hours if ordering Monday to Friday, ensuring super-fast delivery". I ordered Friday, Oct 16th, and gave them ample time... over a week... and although they took my money immediately, that was the last I heard of them. I cant reach them via Facebook, Email, or Phone (and have left 2 voicemails). Save your money and look elsewhere. One of the numbers on their site goes to a "Promotions" site where an Indian answers and assures me I have called the right number, even though they dont say the name of the company, and neither do i... Ugh.

This company is nothing but liars and scammers. I have contacted them numerous times about my order and they have not responded to 8 different emails or six phone calls. I spoke to someone who took my order by phone, my credit card was charged, and nothing was ever shipped to me. It has been over a month now. I will be filing a dispute tomorrow. Do not do business with this company. One of the absolute worst customer service/online purchasing experiences I have ever had in my entire life. If it was possible to rate less than one star and still be able to post a review, this company would definitely get it.

I have ordered from Zombielens two times now. They get back to you within a day if you do have to call and no one answers. They did not have a set of lenses that I ordered, called me immediately, let me pick out a different kind, and immediately refunded my money. Very happy with customer service. I did pay the $14.95 for two day shipping since I was ordering so close to Halloween, and I received a tracking number by the end of the day. Very happy so far with both transactions I have had with Zombielens. Also, they have excellent prices on the lenses they do carry.

I tried contacting customer service multiple times but I have not received a response. I order lenses on october 27th (overnight shipping) with the intent to wearing them for Halloween. I did not receive them by Halloween and still have not received them. COMPLETE SCAM. None of their phone numbers work. Havent been able to reach them by phone, voicemail or Facebook.
