I went this morning to get my fur baby groomed. The groomers there are very unprofessional. My fur baby is rescue, hes utd on his shots. I got him from Atlanta humane society. He has hes tags and paperwork. Pet smart groomer wouldnt groom my baby because they couldnt call the the humane society to verify hes tags. I could understand if I didnt have paperwork. Since I rescued him he has a local vet but shots are only giving once a year. The pet smart groomers are lazy. I dont think they even like pets. From now on my fur baby will only go to Macon Pets on Northside Dr. Theyre so sweet and friendly.

I just moved to the Macon area, but Ive always taken my animals to other PetSmart groomers. I decided to try out the PetSmart @ River Crossing, and Im so pleased that I did. Amanda did an excellent job grooming my Yorkie mix. Though my dog gave her a little bit of trouble, she was professional, detailed, and friendly! I would definitely recommend Amanda to anyone looking to get their dog groomed!

Im new to Macon and I have been searching for a groomer for my dog. We had one bad experience from another dog groomer. So I was nervous about bringing my dog here however Im so happy I did. love this petsmart and staff! Grooming is always perfect for my doggie! Staff is always helpful and accomodating. recommend this store and grooming salon for your pets!

Really rude managers! Were mean to the animal volunteers. I wad trying to adopt a dog and they kept pushing products as well. Do not shop here unless you have to!
