Love mom and pop shops. This place has decent products... but staff seems bothered to help. I was interested in purchasing a rabbit. I asked to hold it outside the cage to see the temperament and I was told this wasnt allowed. I had to purchase it first. I am not going to adopt a pet that i cannot hold first... how will I check if its healthy up close? How will I know if its a biter? I thought that was very rude to be denied my request... especially because store was dead.

I have been going there for the past few years and have decided its time to find another pet store. Im a 65 year old female and I can never get anyone to help. Today 2 young workers watched me struggle to grab a good size bag of dog food. After paying for it, no one even offered to help me take it to my car. Every time I go there staff acts irritated that I asked for help. Easy to find another pet store.

I had been all over looking for a specific food that is recommended by the Great Dane lady, and could not find it at pet supplies plus, nor pet smart... but Pet Needs had it and were extremely knowledgeable. The service is great and the people are friendly. highly recommended! they even have a vet on saturdays!!!!

one cashier lacks customer service training while the other helped me carry my item to my car. I also didnt know the owner was racist. I live right down the street but will now drive miles out of my way to get my pet supplies. I will not support any type of hatred.

I went in with my cat in her carrier after getting a check up. The cashier was very nice. Asking if we need help. Some things were dusty. Good selection of flavored pig ears.

This is where we buy our kitty stuff. They have good prices and a large selection of pet foods as well as supplies for dogs, cats, birds, smaller animals, etc.
