What a wonderful place!! This beautiful store is my new go to place for all my pets needs. They carry your usual brands and so many high quality options as well. Its a one stop shop and I learned that even if they dont have what youre looking for, they will find a way to get it for you or give recommendations. I was so impressed by the customer service provided by all of the employees. One gentlemen made a trip to their other store to get a product I desperately needed. I had it my hand in under 24 hrs. Support your local store and give your animals the products they deserve, at a fair price.

I love this place! I didnt see my brand of dog food on the shelf in a larger bag. I ask staff and was guided to where their promotional end cap was and buy 2 get a free toy. I went back to where the other brand I buy was and again ask the same staff member if they had this anywhere else in the store. He went to look and brought me what I needed. He was very knowledgeable in the location of the products sold and about the quality of food I purchased. Most employees would have been annoyed with my neediness but this gentleman was very nice and willing to help me!

I recently stopped into the Livonia store and spoke to Brad...We discussed the fact that I just bought a puppy and talked about seeming it off the breeders food to a new food. We discussed health of the dog, ingredients, price etc etc. He pulled several bags off of shelves, was knowledgeable about recalls, history, discounts, ingredients etc. He took the time to answer any question I had, no matter how crazy the question. The patience was amazing, what a wonderful experience. I dont think I will shop anywhere else. Not pushy or over selling...:-)

Love this place everyone goes out of their way to make sure your experience was a good one. I love the fact that if they dont have what you need they will order it for you and call you when it comes in usually in a couple of days. The manager ordered a special cat litter that I needed for my cat that is made of pine and the price was about the same as other Brand name pet stores. I have made this my main pet supply store . GREAT PLACE

I have been in to the Livonia store a couple times now. The staff is friendly and greets you at the door. Inside the store is well stocked and clean. Thats not why i continue to shop here though, i shop here because their prices beat petco and pet supplies plus prices. I get the whole earth dog food mainly. I dont typically revue businesses but im a big fan of small business.... specially well ran small businesses.

I love it when my Mom takes me to Premier Pet Supply. I get lots of pets and treats. The helpful people there showed my Mom raw food that I cant refuse to eat (like everything else she tried). They have a large assortment of toys, and clothes and stuff for our big fat ct too. We got a nice, soft halter and Ill be going there for my next bath in their swanky do wash room real soon. Premier Pet Supply has alot of options for healthy treats and food. Which is one of the reasons why I shop here. When I brought my corgi here for the first time he picked up a peanut butter bone right off the shelf! He had never done that before, so of course I had to buy it for him and its one of his favorite treats. All the staff are very friendly and the dog washing stations are so cool.

A very understanding representative of the store helped me with choices of canned cat food for my 16 year old cat... he was patient with my description of her picky eating habits ... he showed me 3 choices... and I am happy to say my cat Chloe ate the food right out of the can. Tiki Cat ahi tuna with crab meat.. Thank you it made her night and mine.

I went there and they didnt have my kittys food. The owner promised hed order it (blue buffalo kitten wet food) and that it would be there by Friday (1 week). So I went back. Still not on the shelf. I prefer to buy local, but I will give you one chance. That did it. I will be getting my food and supplies elsewhere.

Outstanding facility. The staff, you can really tell, love animals. They go out of their way to make sure your pet feels welcome and to let you know you are welcome with them anytime (and they truly seem to mean it!) Love their walk in, self serve dog wash!!!! On these muddy days playing outside it is a god send!

Fantastic customer service. Employees seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Even if they are just faking it for the sake of good customer service, it makes the difference. The store is incredibly clean, organized and well stocked. Worth going a bit out of my way to shop.
