Me and my friends went into the store to buy a tank, fish and I frogs. While trying to buy the fish I was told by Elizabeth that its is "recommended" that you have water in the tank filtered for 24 hours. I asked her if I could still get the fish and she said no. So I said "so then it is required ?" And she responded "we can refuse service to anyway". We bought the fish tank and came in the next day to buy the fish and she would not stop talking about how we can only have 3 fish in a 20 gallon tank when another coworker told us we could have about 8. Elizabeth made our petsmart experience horrible.

Friendly staff, clean store, well maintained aquariums, good selection overall, and has never given me any grief about returning fish that didnt make it through the first week or so in their new tanks. I drive past quite a few other pet stores to go to this one. Only negative is they do not have a designated feeder fish tank, so their stock is pretty limited in quantity.

The best pet store in town! The employees are kind and knowledgable, the store is very clean with no odors, and the animals they have are healthy and well cared for. Not to mention the fish tanks are super clean and their fish are healthy -have never seen any dead or sick fish in their tanks. This is the only pet store I will shop at. They do a great job!

Extreamly rude staff. No where did it say you had to be a rewards member for sales. Decided not to spend triple the sale price on items and had a cashier follow me outside saying they felt sorry for my pets since I wants going to spend original price for them. Will never go there again! Drove 30 min to get to that store to be treated badly.

Salon says walk ins are welcome/close at 7 yet they close at 6 if there are no appts scheduled. Maybe they should take "walk ins welcome" off and just have people schedule an appt. I was literally told the day before I came in that nail trims dont need an appt. Wont be going back there.

Training is good for starting out and prices for dog food and stuff seem decent. Staff is pretty friendly/helpful.
