Springfield Petsmart folk killed my fiancés cat in 2012. Put her under for a teeth cleaning. Used a different sedative and as a result had a cat that acted drunk for the next 12 hours before dying. Then they said they wanted the remainder of the pet plan for the year and my fiancé retorted..."You killed my cat!! Why should I pay the remaining balance of four months after yall apologized for killer her?" Not to be taken to court my fiancé still ended up paying three months with no pet. $90.00 My suggestion.... Dont go to Petsmart if you want your pets teeth cleaned. And dont buy a plan that requires you to pay for the full year even after your pet dies. If I could Id give Petsmart "Zero"

This is about the company. Not the actual employees of the store. Why in the world was I made to give away in front of strangers mind you. My email. Name and phone number?! What kind of desperate company is This? I had to give away my personal info to buy a bag of dog food!! Walmart had the same brand. And I hate Walmart. But I hate giving away personal info in front of strangers. Will never. Ever. return to pet smart!!!

Took my dog there for a nail trim. The staff was very friendly. They said he was a very easy trim. Once I left and was driving home I noticed blood on my pants and my car seat. Then I saw that it was his duclaw that they had clipped WAY too low. I mean to the point that there was almost no nail at all. This was our first visit, and Im not sure well ever go back.
