I used Rebel Hill for wedding flowers. I needed 2 very large arrangements for the church, my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets and boutonnieres for the men. I initially wanted to keep the flowers very simple since flowers can get so expensive so quickly. But the little details really do add a nice touch, and Mary and Emily worked with me to come up with ideas that could be more affordable. I met with Mary a few months before the wedding to talk about styles, colors, and timing. She was so pleasant to work with. She also had great insight as we talked through each part of the wedding to make sure we had it all covered. Mary did convince me to add 3 mini bouquets for our 3 flower girls. They loved their flowers and it was adorable! Being out of town, it was a huge relief to know Rebel Hill was on the ball for delivery and set up. They got to the church early the day of the wedding to set up the 2 arrangements and coordinated with my planner to get the bouquets and boutonnieres to us before photos. Great experience!

I have been using Rebel Hill Florist for as long as I can remember. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. They always go out of their way to please me and never act as if it is a problem. I have used them for our daughters wedding and our sons rehearsal dinner. They are so easy to work with and have some splendid ideas that I would never think of. Whenever I need anything pertaining to flowers, I just pick up the phone and they know exactly what I want. Everytime I order flowers from them everybody comments on the gorgeous arrangement and wants to know where I got it. Their prices are one of the best in Nashville because the arrangements are absolutely magnificent, and you always get what they promise! All arrangements are so plentiful with very unique flowers, and they last much longer than any other arrangements Ive had. The delivery and set up service is such a special touch too. I will always recommend Rebel Hill Florist to anyone!!!!!

I have ordered flowers for Valentines Day the last 2 years and last year I had a relatively rude and standoffish person take my order after having to call several times with no answer. I had ordered 2 dozen flowers and 1 dozen of very poor looking roses is what was received on delivery. I called in and they basically said it was my word against theirs. Pretty classy. Anyways being as how it was close to me and a local business, I ordered flowers this year and was quoted a fair price over the phone. I gave them my credit card and thought nothing of it until I saw that my card was charged $22 more than the total they gave me over the phone. I usually dont write these negative reviews but this is just shameful. The profit margins on flowers are extremely high for Valentines Day as it is, I didnt feel it was necessary to charge me additionally. I will no longer give this place business and will share my 2 experiences.

I was really disappointed with Rebel Hill. Heres why: I called to ask about a special order. I was looking for something out of the ordinary and wanted to see if they had any ideas. The person I spoke with seemed positive and took my number and said she would call me right back. Four days later, I called them to check in and get their thoughts. The new lady I spoke with said she had my number and "was just about to call me". I asked her what she thought and she said she couldnt help with my order. This wouldnt be such a big deal if it were handled differently. I think they should have called me sooner. (or at all). My honest thought is this: the rebel hill website offers the exact same types of arrangements as other sites but at a higher price. From my experience they dont have anything more to offer than other florists. I wish I had something more positive to say.

I ordered flowers for the funeral of a dear friend and neighbor who passed. This neighbor loved flowers and spent hours working in her flower garden every week. I called in my order and told the woman who answered about my neighbor and she patiently listened. I didnt expect more than a standard funeral spray. But when I saw the flowers, I was stunned. They were arranged so thoughtfully. It was one of the most beautiful arrangements I had ever seen. The flowers were fresh, the colors vibrant and the scent was lovely. It surpassed my highest hopes. I whole heartedly recommend this florist!

As an out of town customer I ordered a gift plant for a Nashville relative. When the store discovered they didnt have a good sample of the plant in the store they ordered one and delivered it within 24 hours of original order. Because this was later than they promised they offered a nice apology and an unrequested accommodation on the delivery fee. The delivered plant is absolutely beautiful and worth the extra 12 hour wait. This attention to detail is quite surprising and so important when ordering a product that Im trusting someone else to select, wrap, and deliver for me. Highly recommended.

For the past 6 years, we have used Rebel Hill florist for all our prom and homecoming corsages and boutonnieres and they are always absolutely lovely! This year we had a "corsage emergency" when one of the boys forgot to buy one for his date. We called Rebel Hill at 5:45, and even though they had already closed for the day, they had a corsage ready and waiting for him when he drove up 15 minutes later. Whew! Thank you Rebel Hill! I also needed some flowers for a last-minute, impromptu dinner party and bought some stems straight out of the cooler. Good price, and the flowers lasted so long!

Ugh! We have purchased from Rebel Hill many times (at least 12) for many occasions. Until recently, they were the best in town. Recently, the wheels have fallen off. - A recent order had flowers that were not the freshest. - Now, the flowers WERE NOT delivered on the date requested for a special occasion. - Then, they said "sorry". Saying sorry and nothing else is not close to how you should handle a repeat cusomer. They did not even offer to make up a fresh order. They offered to bring it today since the driver still had it in the truck. Ugh! We are now looking for a new florist!

WORST FLORAL EXPERIENCE IVE HAD! I went there for my wedding florals-the owner met with me and was highly unprofessional. I have a flower girl in my wedding with special needs and she had the audacity to tell me that she would look "silly" as a flower girl because, per the owners opinion, shes "too old" (the child is 8)! She went over $1,000 over my budget, refused to work with the flowers that I preferred (crespedia, polo roses, and dusty miller) by telling me my selection was "sparse" and "tacky". I absolutely would not recommend Rebel Hill Florist to any bride-to-be!

Rebel Hill Florist did an arrangement for a close friend whose Mother died recently. We asked Rebel Hill to send an arrangement that was beautiful. When the flowers arrived the friend cried because they were so beautiful. Our friends described the flower arrangement as "simply beautiful." They were so taken with the arrangement they took it to church on Sunday so everyone could enjoy the beautiful arrangement and returned it to their home after the service. My thanks to Rebel Hill for honoring my request to make it beautiful.
