I have received flowers from this shop twice. The first time was a dozen roses, I made sure there was a full vase of water but within 2 days, there were 3 buds that had not even begun to open, but the bud was completely fallen over. I called the shop owner and she apologized and replaced with a new dozen. Great, it must have been a fluke - NOT. The second time was a beautiful spring arrangement, and the same thing happened - The flowers arrived absolutely beautiful, but quickly began to wilt. Within two day they were wilting and petals were falling off. I know cut flowers dont last forever - but come on, they should last more than two day.

These kind folks took a last minute order for me just now. On mothers day weekend... They were swamped but still took the time to pay attention to my needs and put together exactly what I needed. I will never buy flowers anywhere else. Customer service is very important to me. These folks are the real deal and have a great product to back up great customer service

Had spoken to person who takes the orders, requesting a certain arrangement with some modifications to be delivered early AM. The modifications were not made and it was not delivered in the AM, there were no apologies for her not writing it down appropriately. Would not use them again. The owner never even called me back.
