Our uncle died on a Friday. By the time we got ourselves together to order flowers, most florists wed done business with in the past were closed and the ones we got couldnt guarantee delivery before the first visitation. I found Flower Express online and called them. We ordered a basket of mixed cut flowers and crossed our fingers, hoping it would turn out OK. We were emailed a receipt and then emailed a confirmation when the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home. When we got there for the first hour of visitation, our arrangement was set up right in the place of honor on a big round table across from the casket, I think because it was so beautiful. We couldnt be any more thrilled about how the flowers turned out and about the delivery of the tribute. The young lady we spoke to on the phone got the order perfect and even all the details of the message for our card attached to the flowers. Her name is Shannon. Folks always complain when things dont go well. I wanted to be sure to praise when praise is due!

I came to Flowers Express in Madison after going to two other florists looking for reasonably priced wedding bouquets. Not only did their prices beat the competitors by almost half, but they pieced together a sample bouquet and let me see what it would look like to make sure it was perfect. When I picked the flowers up on the day of the wedding the bouquets were even more beautiful than the sample. They were very attentive to what I wanted and they really pay attention to detail. The bouquets looked amazing in my pictures and I will continue to go to flowers express for all my floral needs in the future. AMAZING!!!!

Worked with Katie and she did an awesome job! I called that morning and wanted them delivered to the spouse before EOB the same day. She made it happen within a few hours and with a beautiful arrangement. Their prices were better than anyone I had found in the nearby area online. Will use them again in the future.
