It was my mothers 95th birthday. Her grand-daughter, who lives in Ireland couldnt be here to put a smile on her face, so she ordered flowers from Flowers By Design in Berry Hill. She paid extra so they would arrive the morning of July 17th. When I left the nursing home at 2:45pm, they had still not arrived, but it was a surprise gift so I didnt know. On July 19, I was excited to see the flowers my mother received on her birthday. I have never seen such a poor display of wilted flowers-even broken ones. It looked more like a bouquet Krogers would discard instead of a Birthday gift worth more than $60.00. When I called to complain I was asked to send pictures of the flowers in question. The girl said they would resend a new bouquet the following day. I sent 5 photos and there was no re-delivery. Poor quality products and services.

Ordered flowers for my wifes birthday, fulfilled through FTD. Placed the order well ahead of the 2PM cutoff for same day delivery and received a call from Flowers by Design asking for delivery instructions. 2 hours later I received a call from FTD, not Flowers by Design, saying that they could not deliver today, leaving me stuck with no options for an alternate delivery service. Follow up calls directly to Flowers by Design went unanswered. Stay far away from this place if you want timely delivery.

This was my first time receiving flowers from this place. And, I hope it is the last time. My flowers were supposed to be a surprise from my boyfriend. But, they were never delivered on the date intended. By the time they were delivered the surprise was spoiled as I was contacted by customer service to see if I received my delivery. This gave the "surprise" away. Needless to say my boyfriend was upset and so was I. The flowers were not fresh. I wouldnt recommend anyone use their services.

The plant I paid for they said they had ended up being replaced by another plant. It ended up being rather pretty however, the card was a reprehensible mess of horrible grammar and misspelled names. The card read "Are deepset condolences and love..." My sons name Bryan became Brain and my sisters name Melanie became Meiline ... Utterly disgusted. The flowers were sent from an English teacher which makes this mess even worse.

My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day. The bouquet was delivered a day late and the delivery lady was extremely rude and acted as if it was my fault she couldnt find the location. The flowers were wilted and broken. Very disappointed!
