After purchasing a $900 piece online and it taking 20 weeks to receive it, Id figure in the meantime I would check out the actual store in person to see what else I can fall in love with. We drove an hour from New Orleans to this beautiful store in Baton Rouge. We stepped in and I was in absolute heaven! Everything in this store is absolutely breathtaking. Its a shame that out of the 3 employees working and only 2 parties walking the store, not one ever asked us if we needed any help or even greeted us for that matter. There was an older gray haired employee that figured looking at us while he worked on his shipment was enough work in itself as I passed near him several times and didnt even smile as we made eye contact. Another young lady was consumed in running around like a chicken with her head cut off for a customer she was attending carrying her purchases while the woman pointed at different items around the store. Two major extremes in customer service but I figured Im leaving with an item today. When my mother in law approached me to say how beautiful the store was but not even a "Hello" or a "How may I help you?" was mentioned to her in the 45 minutes we were there, I decided Id take my business and order on-line. Gorgeous store, sad customer service.

This has got to be the best looking store in Louisiana. Nothing compares to the products offered at z Gallerie. The staff is the best hands down. They are fun to work with, very knowledgeable, and are very attentive to detail. The women that assisted me dropped everything she was doing to help me and went above and beyond to help me with the overall look of my kitchen. The plates that I bought were a great price for the quality and look. I will revisit this store over and over again!
