I am so impressed with this store, its staff and selection. I bought a set of mattresses from them 8 months ago and I am not happy with the quality of the product. Without any fuss at all and with a big smile they offered to replace it. I dont know if its Shawn or Sean, but what a super young man, so helpful and courteous, called me today to ask me if instead of giving me another one of the same thing that I wasnt happy with, would I like to have a gel foam mattress instead. Heck yes!! Thank You Pierce Furniture!!! In this day and age its tough to find integrity in business. God Bless You!!

Bought a 1500 dlr matress.and in less then a year it was so lumpy .called them and they took pics of it .and they said because af a stain and that i removed tags that it void the warranty.but would give me 500 credit towards a new one.but i didnt have the money to buy another bed at the time.now 6 yrs later i walked in there and all they could say was your to late and a sorry is all i was getting.what ever happened to the 20 year warranty.1500 dlr mistake .hope everyone has better luck with these clowns

Definitely not the cheapest place to buy a mattress, if you want that go to discount mattress store but keep in mind that thats exactly what youll be getting is a discount mattress. Spent the money and got the I Serta comfort, I have to say I never thought Id be spending that kind of money on a mattress that is the best purchase ever made. Best sleep Ive ever had. Sales people were nice nothing bad about the experience whatsoever

I have bought furniture from Pierce for years. The owners are great, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They stand behind what they sell. We were unhappy with a couch and chair, the fabric wasnt good, they replaced cushions 2 times, we were still not happy so they replaced the whole set with another one of our choice. You wont find that kind of service at chain store. Shop local, support your hometown businesses.
