My mom ordered a table for the kitchen. Had to wait four weeks for delivery, when the men finally arrived with the table we were informed a part was missing and they needed to return to the store. A half an hour later we were called and told they needed to order the part and it would take ANOTHER FOUR WEEKS! She demanded a refund and the men took the table back to the store. No apologies at all from the woman at the store, without a doubt the worst customer service anywhere!!! Do they even want business?!?

I bought my awesome new couch from here and I must say electric reclining couches are awesome. I also picked up a king sized bed and have been getting better sleep. They set up my bed and couch very fast and I highly recommend you try out the furniture! Dont be afraid to pay a little extra for somthing you have your eye on you wont regret it. The people who work at slumberland where very nice and friendly helped me with any questions I had.

Very disappointed w customer service. Our furniture was promised on a certain day, then they erroneously cancelled our order. Idk how many times we had to call corporate for answers. Asst. manager, Karen was extremely difficult to work w, was not helpful and was even sarcastic. Buyer beware. Stay away from this store. Unorganized, no one knows what is going on and everyone passes the buck!
