I just had a terrible experience at this Office Depots copy center. I came in needing 6 color copies thinking that Office Depot would offer a quick and easy solution. Thirty minutes later, I stormed out with 5 color copies and a blank sheet of paper. Through the process, the staff member helping me asked me 3 times what I needed (6 color copies on white paper... thats it), mis-printed a document, spent an egregious amount of time helping another staff member figure out how to send a fax, and ignored me when I pointed out that one of the pages hadnt printed after checking out (my fault for not insisting that I review the documents before checking out). The copy staff clearly and desperately need both equipment and customer service training. If you need quick copies and dont want to stress over it, go to Kinkos across the street in Perkins Rowe.
