Im giving Sears one star because I bought a $600 sears brand dishwasher there and it failed twice within the first year of use. Light use. First the motor went, costing me $250 for repair, then the computer board went which wouldve cost at least $250 for the part it probably was. There were two parts it may have been, so it couldve cost $350. I threw it out and got a used Frigidaire brand dishwasher off Craigslist and its working fine. Thanks Sears. Enjoy my $600, youll never see another penny and I intend to tell anyone I can that you dont back your products. Its no wonder Sears Canada went bankrupt and Sears USA is closing even more stores. May your USA bankruptcy come soon. Sears corporate is cordially invited to suck it. All that said, the people who work at the Ashland, wi store seem like good folks. Nice salesman. Though the Sears dude who delivered my stove was pretty angry. Cursing and throwing gravel all over my floor as he cleaned the wheels of his dolly inside my home.

I drove 45 min to get one product, lugged it all the way back home plugged it in and it was DOA. Complete waste of my time and money. Never purchasing anything from Sears again. This company is circling the drain.
