Horrible experience. I bought a microwave and stove. Paid to have it delivered and installed. No worries -Set up date with guy in store.....Installers arrived - No Microwave. Turns out, they "cant" install both at the same time.....so, I have to take off work another day for the microwave. Set another date.......wait......nothing. Now the microwave is on backorder. Then they just start calling me and telling me they are on the way without ever confirming that I will actually be there. This happens at least 3 times. I finally get a date/time we can agree on and the microwave is damaged.... - Ok - I get that no big deal....Then they did the same thing again - Calling me to tell me they are on the way without ever confirming it with me. Eventually they show up with 2nd microwave, everything is good, until installer scratches floor with step stool.....Again, I dont get too bent out of shape because things happen. Keep in mind this was a 3 month ordeal from start to finish.....or so I thought. Go to use microwave today and the door is broken. Keep in mind, I rarely use the thing. It looks brand new. I call Worst Buy up and the gal says call Samsung, not our problem. You did not buy the protection program.....Ok I get that too......You suck and I did not buy the insurance. I asked Jessica if she would be kind enough to email me my receipt so I can deal with Samsung and she takes email down, repeats address back to me and they did do that. I have other purchases I need to do in the future, but I will not be doing them at Best Buy

On making a call to Best Buy in Wentzville to ask some questions about processors on computers and I was informed by the not so friendly little girl that I should come up there and have my questions answered....this person did clearly not want to be bothered, even though she seemed to know the answers.....Now I just purchased from Best Buy online a car stereo..........but now, I feel I will be returning this item and purchase elsewhere......this is not the first problem with this location Ive experienced..........and this girl kept telling me I needed to come up there and kept interrupting and talking over me as I tried telling her I was handicapped and on Oxygen 24/7 and that it is harder for me than most to get out........I order the most of my things online........but, do my homework before buying..........and I tried to look up on google, with no answers that I needed... now, I havent been into your store yet, but Walmart was way more helpful on the phone and in the store !!!!!!!!

Went in to buy a flip phone and decided to go with a smart phone and Total Wireless because of the awesome deal. I had done some research on that end of it. Knowing nothing about smart phones, I grabbed all the boxes of TWs phones that were left on the shelf and signed in at the help desk. I asked "What is the difference in all these Phone?" The girl who helped us was wonderful (she was in training) in explaining each phone and giving a recommendation so we could make a good choice. She got the phone unpacked, setup and we were ready to go. Love the help desk you have. Some of us dont have time to be technology geeks and appreciate the help so we can make an educated purchase. Way to go Best Buy!

I was trying to sign up with ATT and although it never happened it is not due to Carlys fault that works in the cell phone dept. She has amazing patience, excellent customer service skills and although she had a lot of people in line after me, she was so professional. I never was able to sign up with ATT due to their lack of providing her/me with the correct information and simply were not able to perform the simple task of porting a number. I am still baffled on this but I have moved on. I would highly recommend seeing Carly if you need a cell phone. Sean checked me in when I had to get a refund due to ATT ignorance, yet again. He showed tremendous patience and customer service skills also.

I would give it a 5 Star but...the younger employee messed up my order! I returned my Insignia Tab due to it malfunctioning after less than a month. He re ordered a new tab for me after I returned the broken one and he never finalized it or completed the order, so I had to go back up there again and do it All over again because it never went through! Pain in my butt and a waist of my time! Please hire employees that know what they are doing, than hiring a bunch of kids that are space cadets! Glad I had plenty of patients for this today! The employee that has been at this location over 8 years fixed it for me! She actually knew what she was doing! Thanks for fixing it for me!

I guess they would rather sell games and phone cases rather than tvs. I go in walk around 20 minutes find the tv I want without the help of a sales person. Try to flag 2 of them down and with no luck. One went to sell a phone case and the other a video game. I guess Ill spend my 750 elsewhere. The guy at the front door told me to have a nice night as he was barely able to peel himself away from the magazine he was reading. I am a manager for a fortune 200 pay tv company. Dont think for one second that every customer that brings up Best Buy wont hear about my experience.

This is a fairly minimal Best Buy. The staff will probably not approach you, but if you have questions they will be more than happy to help. I prefer this approach to be honest. Sometimes I just want to browse on my own, knowing I can always ask for help and theyll be able to assist. I gave four stars, however, because in the age of Amazon I dont see the appeal. Their prices are often times much higher and even ordering online doesnt offer the benefits of a Prime membership. I think the brick and mortar will have to do more to be competitive in the Amazon era.

I had some speakers installed in my car here and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The installer was incredibly rude and rushed everything. He ended up drilling threw my back seat 2x and it still took him all day. My subwoofer even quit working after only 6 months and Best Buy is still making it a hassle to use their lifetime warranty. I should have just done it myself at this point because even if I couldnt get it to work at least my backseat wouldnt have holes in it. I refuse to shop here at all until they work with me on a solution.

Spent over $800 on 2 Apple watches. A couple days later they would not return one of the $13 screen protectors that wouldnt stay on bc "it was used". Ive had this problem w them on phone screen protectors before even when I paid geek squad to install it. Geek Squads prices are extremely high too. Customer service and employee attitudes are hit and miss. Some of them are great and some are jerks. So why do I go here? They usually have the cheapest price...not sure if its worth the headaches anymore though.
