To be honest, I would rather go to one of the Ralphs thats further away than this store. The meat department is friendly. However, almost every single time Ive checked out come here, the checkout staff seems rude and annoyed. They also dont seem to care how long the line there is. There is no self checkout options. So, if youre coming for a quick purchase, be prepared to wait a while as they allow the lines to get quite long. I have almost never heard them say thank you after a purchase.

Very clean and well stocked store. Friendly staff, and prices arent outrageous when compared to the quality. Great house brand items and large selection of organic, natural, and gourmet items. This location has a pharmacy, Starbucks Coffee, Boars Head deli, fresh bakery, US Bank, USDA choice and Prime butcher block, Santa Monica Seafood, customer service desk, and they are putting in a juice bar.

Currently under some renovation as of this review, the new layout is very appealing. They have expanded their wine collection extensively including a climate controlled room for higher-end products. There is also a new focus on fresh produce. A juice bar and possible salad bar are currently under construction.

With the renovations recently done to this pavilions, the entire store is now one half quick deli with options ranging from sandwiches, to pizza, to even pho or stir fry. Its my go to for a quick and cheap lunch if I forget to bring my own. As for the grocery store aspect, its a grocery store.

I like their meat department. The butchers are always helpful and friendly. The store seems to be always clean and ordered. Produce is of good quality and if you buy produce or fruit that is bad or not up to your liking they will refund the cost no problem.

Now that the place is remodeled its very nice. All the employees are so friendly and very helpful. The night manager Sisi is so sweet and always has a smile on her face. If she was any sweeter Id get a cavity! Great grocery store!

The hot soups are good. The food at the salad bar is ok but doesnt justify the per lbs price you pay. Their new food court layout is nice and even has a GT Daves kombucha bar. All around nice store.

Ushered into wine tasting tonight. Lovely, is featured every Friday going forward. Brought home a hand tossed personal pizza for only $7.49 and a bottle of the featured wine
