Every morning I buy a jalapeno bagel from their bakery department and most of the time theyre rock hard, and twice theyve had mold on them. I asked the bakery manager if they can make them more often and she said theyre made fresh every day. I find that very hard (no pun intended) to believe. It takes 25 seconds in the microwave just to soften up those hockey pucks. She was adamant that theyre made fresh every day and that the film of green mold is really blueberry juice from adjacently baked bagels, but I told her it was green not blue. She then tried to convince me that it was a jalapeno slice. So unless they have ultra thin furry jalapenos I imagine shes fibbing or badly mistaken. I told her that this mornings bagel was soaked through with a wet brownish stain and that she could see for herself. Im pretty sure she could care less. Im also pretty sure that if I tore off a little piece of a bagel it would still be there a week later. This is the only review Ive done all year. If she had just said shed take a look at the soggy bagel instead of trying to convince me I dont know what mold looks like I wouldve let it go. Having said that, the rest of the store is great, and the employees are very friendly, so this review is just for the bakery department. FYI, my wife says that she did me a favor because I was eating too many bagels.

This is my all-time favorite Ralphs location because of its variety, quality, & quantity. This location has more Managers Special items on a regular basis than Ive ever seen at any other location. There is also a Gourmet Cheese Section w/ experts working behind its counter all day long. This location also features a Starbucks, a full-service deli, sushi bar, soup/salad bar, meat/seafood counter, & bakery. SO convenient! The store is larger in size, & although there are many other stores in this same plaza, the parking lot is not that bad at all (especially considering all of the traffic from other stores!)

The staff is pretty friendly, they have a bigger selection of stuff than I usually see. My boyfriend and I live next to this store, and the fact that this is such a nice store is actually one of the factors that is making us want to stay where we are instead of moving down the street. PS. Try their orange juice!

This is a good Ralphs. Well organized and laid out, recently renovated, with Starbucks inside. The new deli department has a fairly extensive selection of more artisan cheeses and some meat and charcuterie options. The butcher also tends to have pretty good selection and cuts of meat.
