I went the website on Wednesday to obtain the store hours for Thursday (Thanksgiving). On the Stater Bros. website, there is a Store Locator, I input the zip code 91784 (Upland), and the website indicates a store location in San Bernardino (23.6 miles away). I couldnt believe the results, so I tried 3 more times to see if the store about 1.5 miles away would be located? No, then I tried the Store Locator on my Android, low and behold I received the exact same results. NOT GOOD! Then I tried Google Search and immediately my local store was located. Perhaps nobody from Corporate lives in Upland where there are actually 2 Stater Bros. Locations about 1/2 mile apart from each other.

Bad experience, went home, a few days later decide to make myself a sandwich... I just opened a pack of swiss cheese I had got 4 days ago & there was Mold Growing on the slices!!!!! The bread was Stale. Horrible. I took it back with my receipt & explained the situation. The employee was NOT apologetic, I did not get a refund. I just got an exchange! Cool. Bringing home another unopened molded pack of swiss cheese. Never going back.

Very rude employees, the meat is always fresh and reasonably priced but the butchers are not shown any customer service. Cramped isles and employees sweeping all the time, its a place Id rather not shop at.

Stater Brothers is great! I really like the staff. Has really good products, gluten free funfetti cake by Pillsbury. Like are you serious? Amazing! Thank you!

Really large supermarket that has great food available. The parking lot is also large and makes it easy to get in and out even when its busy.

Managers are great. Especially one name hector. Very nice man. Store manager is very polite. And employees are all helpful.

Best prices for the limited selection when compared to Albertsons or Vons. 16th and Mt is often less crowded inside.
