I was treated so rudely and disrespectful at the hot food. I honestly wouldnt even give this place one star. The women working the stand refused to serve me wedges. They claimed i couldnt order the wedges because my husband didnt order it on our over the phone order for 16 pc chicken. When i asked for the wedges in the case they said no those are old. if possible to get fresh wedges the women got the hot food or deli manager and the manager was just as rude if not more rude. when i asked why the wedges were in the case they walked to the back and stopped service. There is never chicken in this store i called about 30 mins in advance to pick up my chicken. Then they wouldnt let me buy my sides. I didnt know i had to give my whole grocery list just to make sure i get a few pieces of chicken and sides over a phone order. Very sad to say that service is so terribly disgusting and it only takes one customer to spread word to over 15 people. I too work in the market business.

I moved to the area 5 months ago and I love the cleanliness and products in the store. However, Ive purchase money orders from them two months in a row and the person that sold them to me, Brian is so rude. He doesnt say thank you and makes me feel like Im an inconvenience. I would come more but its not worth the bad feelings. Im willing to pay more elsewhere. Theres a Wal-Mart near by and they price match.

I go there weekly and love the store. Brian has checked us out several times and has been pleasant. One question to Paula who complains about Brian never saying "Thank You" Have you ever told him Thank You for his services. Working Retail is a hard job and we should be thanking them for their service as well.

I buy alot of hot food in deli but it seems like ovens always down, so thats what they tell me. Then to top it off the cashiers like to lolly gag with curtain customers, and stop what their doing. Do they get paid to work or talk.

Check the expiration date on everything that you buy, especially their dairy products. I will tell the store if I see something thats expired but when I find multiple things on one grocery trip, its not acceptable.

Customer service is good but one thing bother a bit is employees talk too loud among themselves personal thing and sometimes ignore cust.
