Had a great experience. They worked great together as a team. Management talks to you and theu actually have personality lol. I was shocked they drove clear across town to pick me up. Yesterday my sales guy wasnt there and the sales girl helped me out like I was her customer and I didnt feel like a burden. My salesman was patient with me and my daughter. Everyone helped with the car seat. They even rewarded her for her good behavior. I am thankful they are helping me after a life changing event and understand this is a higher risk and rate loan, but the staff works well together and listens to the customers and even though selling also taking care of them, connecting, finding the needs and helping out. Also my sales guy had an insurance person to help with that process as well.

Im so please with my experience at J.D. Byrider. They made the process easy and painless. They even stayed up 2 hours past close to make sure we could take our car home that night. Everyone who worked their were happy to answer any questions. Nick was the sales guy to help us out. He was so knowledgeable and considerate to our situation. We had to brig our 2 kids along with us, whom were both under 5. Nick and all the staff there were so accommodating to our family. I would recommend them to anyone in our similar situation. I had a low credit score and not a whole lot of credit established and my husband had no credit. We had heard NO from 4 other places due to this but J. D. Byrider made us feel like we could get an affordable car and a decent price.

They came repossed my car wasnt even close to behind with my payments was actually a moth a head and here we are with no car. These people waste your time and sell you vehicles five times what their worth only because they can take advantage of you. Granite I needed to get them the title to my car that they have which I need info from to obtain a copy of the title, its not like they dont have the bill of sale my keys to my old car and my money. Not to mention all their down payments they split up were paid way before their due times. This is not the way any franchise should operate. Some thing tells me that they collated some laws here.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice and seemed to really want to help me get a car. I have little to zero credit and only make $1600 a month but with a car I could make more. After all was said and done I did leave with a car. It was just the kind of car I had in mind. Although I was looking to spend around $2000 which is what this car is worth on the high end I now have a loan for almost $10,000 and having to provide full coverage insurance. My only hope is to work my ass off and pay this car off ASAP or I will be dead before it paid off. All this is of course my fault for wanting a car so much. Thanks

I had a wonderful experience. I have been saying I wanted a SUV for a while. However another car dealer said no because of my credit score or I needed a cosigner. I heard of J.D. Byrider and it wasnt good things from other people and Im the type of person who has to heard it from the horse mouth. So I reach out to them and they listened to me and my needs all in 3 hrs. Very good customer service, and when my cars thermostat went out and i was very stressed about it and couldnt bring it in cause i had work. That was no issue. They drove to my job. Picked my car up. And had it back to me before i got off work. They are very nice people and will work with you in any way possible to get you in the car that you desire. Just like they did with me. I took my car in for oil change , told ty it was making a whining nose ,they came. Ack told me it was alternator they fixed it and I was done within two hours so happy cost me very little out of my pocket because of their warranty .

Phoney reviews they prey on people that are in a tough spot. You pay 10 times what the car is worth. With what you will pay save your money over couple months and buy elsewhere. Biggest mistake we ever made.
