Worse place to buy a car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. They sold me a car with a cooland leak. Sales rep told me everything checked on this car. Owner will call the cops to get you out of their place. Avoid this place. They advertised cheap cars because they a all have something wrong mechanically. They will hide behind the "sold as is" law. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This place has figured out how to beat the system. They will pay their membership to the BBB to make sure nothing gets done if anyone filed a complaint againts them. The BBB would not do anything in this matter and will close the complaint as resolved, even tho nothing was resolved. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD EARN MONEY in this place. On top of that they didnt provided me with a voucher for the emission inspection, which by law they have to provided. I will follow with the proper authorities to make sure this place be accountable for all the bad business they do. I requested a Mediation to resolve this issue, knowing I have proof from a very reputable mechanic saying on paper that the coolant leak was an existing prior to the purchased of the vehicle. Knowing this, THIS PLACE, refused to accept it, saying exactly the same thing over and over. They know they can get away doing business this way becasue there is no law that protect the consumer when buying a used car. PLEASE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY, DO NOT AND I REPET DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not only this place sell bad cars, they are also liers, I did let my son drive the car because I was buying the car for him, graduation present, he was not speed leaving this place. Another thing was they said that I called 3 days after, another lie, because I call her and email her the very next morning. I purchased the car on a Saturday, I called AND email her Sunday morning. That tells you what kind of people they are. They have an answer for everything. They told me to buy an insurance, well that insurance will not cover pre-existing condition such as coolant leak and a good mechanic will know exactly. I didnt take the car back because of the same reason, coolant leak, if this people care about their customers, they will know that driving with a coolant leak will create more damage and even destroy the engine. DO THEY CARE? NOPE THEY DONT. The lady that was testing a car when I was there, she asked me if I purchased a car there. I mentioned to her to get a mechanic to look at the car, because they will never mention that to you. I was not following people around THIS PLACE. There was only one couple there.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! The experience was great, everyone was friendly acted like your best interest was at hand...its not! ON the test drive the car died out due to the battery, mind you the salesman drove the car to the gas station when it died out. I drove the car after we got a jump, which he assured me would put in a new battery, and he did. However the car wouldnt go, and he said it was due to no power to the battery, I know better; gave them the benefit of the doubt. The check engine light was on, the code came up cylinder mis-fire, so than he says it needs a tune up and thats why it wont go immediately. The transmission locked up the day it snowed, and thank goodness I was driving and not my son. We have probably only put about 80 miles on it, and bought 3 weeks exactly today. We also gave it a tune up on my dime. I bought the car for my 16 year old son, and wanted something reliable. They knew I was there getting a car for my son, and still sold us a car with the transmission going out. The salesman drove it first on the test drive, and knew it wouldnt go but passed it off as the battery and tune up, he reassured me nothing else was wrong. I called and I got the AS IS speech; could have dropped the price if you knew the transmission is going out. They say take it and get it diagnosed. It is the transmission, it doesnt take a genius to know its the tranny when it locks up on you and shifts hard. I have now contacted the CADA. This cant happen to hard working people who trust and buy vehicles with good faith. Everyone I know will now know. To think the praise I gave them because they were so nice. NICE means nothing when you buy a car that is a LEMON! So now here we are two months later, the car will not pass emissions!!! So now I have a car I paid $5000, repairs are $4500! Dont think Im stopping here, now we have big problem! You sold a car that is a safety issue. You sold a car that cannot go through emissions because the transmission is going out, you knew this I know you did. On top of everything else the emotional stress this has caused is not fair over a $5000 car, you should have been honest. Your salesman was well aware the car would not go when accelerating, and passed it off as the battery and tune-up. What pre-inspection are you talking about??? That was never an option. You didnt call me to pick up the title I asked when I bought the car to have it mailed. I dont care if it was a month or two months you cant go around and sell cars with the transmission going out and cannot pass emissions!!!!

I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Focus from Unlimited Motors. I found the car on craigslist and it ended up being pretty close to how it was described. I had AJ as a salesman and he did a very good job, I was happy with his service and his personality. The issue came in after I was handed off to the office staff. After waiting upwards of an hour for them to finalize my paperwork I started to review it with a younger lady in the office. I noticed that they had put my address down wrong (this was a cash deal so they asked me to write it down on a piece of paper, and they must have misread my handwriting) on all of the paperwork. After pointing this out to the individual, she simply wrote a note on the outside of my folder with the correct address, this seemed a little fishy to me. I confirmed with her that this would not cause any issues in the future and she assured me that there would not be any problems with this; shes the expert so I went with it. A month and a half later my title still had not arrived so I gave them a call to see what was up, turns out they mailed it to the wrong address, shocker. After multiple calls to the dealership and the Post Office, I was informed that the title was never signed for at the wrong address (which the dealership claimed it was); however, it was actually signed for at the dealership. I called them back and spoke to their title clerk and informed her of what the post office had record of (which I printed off for reference). The title clerk was hands down one of the rudest ladies I have ever spoken to, she blamed me for the whole situation and would not accept that the title had been returned to the dealership. After stating that I have records from the Post Office proving the title was sent to their address and signed for on 11/25, I received a call a couple hours later from the manager saying the title had "just been delivered" on 12/3. After driving down from Boulder to pick up my title, I expected at least an apology for the situation, I was only helped by another salesman even though I could hear the manager talking to him behind their one-way glass. I will never be shopping for a car here again and I will NOT be recommending this dealership to any friends or family. Their customer service after receiving payment for the car is absolutely atrocious and honestly pitiful.
