I am not saying they were aware of all the mechanical issues with the car they sold me but its hard to believe they didnt know. The car I bought had a check engine light that they reset (multiple times)and told me it was because of the gas cap. When it kept coming on they sent me to their mechanic (BC Auto) who apparently threw darts at a dart board and started replacing random parts. After $800 of repairs, for things that did not need to be replaced, their mechanic told me the cat converter was bad and that he would give me a "deal" and only charge me an additional $850. I declined the service and went to a muffler shop who informed me that the car didnt even have a cat (but it would be $250 to put a new one in) so I went to Audi and was informed that the top half of the engine needed to be replaced ($5000). So, i drove to a reputable dealership and dumped the car for something reliable. I thought I was doing the right thing by supporting local business but I will never make that mistake again. I encourage you to buy from a big dealership because they will stand behind their product. The cars cost a little more but you will regret trying to save money up front when you are stuck with a lemon. Additionally, the car I bought was in a bad accident but for some reason that did not show up on the report they showed me. I lost my a$$ with this one, but that will never happen again.

Bottom line up front: these guys are definitely recommended! After finding nothing but lemons and wrecked cars for private sale I decided to check out an Audi at Mountain View Motors. Their price and detailed advertisement on craigslist was what attracted me. When I came by, they were attentive and let me take the car in for an independent inspection. They were reasonable with the negotiation and actually came up with ideas on how to save me even more money on my purchase. Its a month later and everything still checks out top notch with car. The only weak point is they used German Motor Sports to make a repair on the ABS. While the ABS is working, German Motor Sports took possession of a few of the plastic parts (returned one $160 piece the next day, but "a lot of the other pieces were broken") and caused a leak in the windshield washer system. So definitely ask where work is going to be performed if you negotiate any of that into the deal. Stay away from German Motor Sports! In fact, if you look at German Motor Sportss reviews the only positive review is for Mountain View Motors!

If you want no pressure sales, this is the place. I called to see if they were open after the amount of snow we got over night and if the car was available. They said they would have to dig it out but yes it is. Showed up, was handed keys to the car and a dealer tag was slapped to the side and told to "feel free to take it for a drive and look as needed" while they sat inside not worried about who I was. Took the car for a drive and asked questions I had in regards to concerns I had with the vehicle. Was handed a CarFax report and told I can read it over. Set it down and walked out. All of 5 sentences were spoken to me through the whole transaction. Seemed like they were trying to hide something about the vehicle or themselves.

I purchased a vehicle from the guys and the process was so easy. They made me feel right at home and took care of me like I was family. I showed up right before close and they stayed late to ensure I had a good vehicle to drive home. I unfortunately had an issue that would not of been picked up on a maintenance check. I was stressed and pretty irritable and they put me at ease and got me back up and running. If you can tell me of any other dealership that takes care of its clients like that, I would like to know. Hint: there is only one that I have found and its Mountain View. I will come back to them again and suggest that if you are purchasing a car, check them out. If you dont, you are foolish with your time and money.

Great place to get a car! Purchased a really nice used Saab 9-5 from these guys about a month ago. Had a small oil leak and they agreed to fix it with the purchase. They also were very attentive and helpful during the whole process. We found that it has a minor head gasket leak about a month later and even tho they dont owe us anything they offered to help offset the cost of fixing it even tho they arent required to do that due to the vehicle being sold as is! These guys truly believe in customer service and will treat you good and do everything in there power to make sure you are good to go when you purchase from them. Thank you Mountain View Motors!

Doesnt seem to be an honest dealership. Went looked at a 350 they have and come to find out after getting there it has an oil leak that is not mentioned on their site, the truck is pretty scratched up, and the inside has some stains through out it. The power steering went out they replaced it with used which is no big deal but the truck needs alot of work to it. For the almost 11k they want if you buy it your gonna have to come almost 5k to repair it. Not to mention the sales guy just hands they keys and walks away. Also 2k higher than a newer year with less miles right off motor city.

My expierence here was absolutely terrible. Payed for a car in cash and was told by Travis that he had driven the car for a couple of days and ran like a charm, come to find out after I got it up on a car lift there is a serious oil leak, the control arm link was not even in tact, windshield wiper motor didnt work, door locks dont work, key worked for ignition but didnt even lock the doors, the air conditioner need free on. When I told Travis about these things he says its my problem. I will never buy a car from them again and I dont recommend anybody buy from them.

We just bought a lexus from them. they said it was in good condition, what a lie. a month later not even a thousand miles and the engine blows while its snowing with my kids in the car. she was left outside with our to kids no heater. Now we are out 5k that we just gave them for a good running car. tried to talk to the owner and of course wouldnt help us out at all.

I was rear ended and my car was totaled. Trying to find a car that was comparable to the one I lost was very difficult. Travis and Scott were the ONLY ones out of many salespeople who listened to my concerns. They put me in a car that I could afford, they are very professional and they care. I had talked to 3 others who had gone to this dealer with the same experience. I highly recommend these two gentlemen.
