I was looking for a used car and had been to a bunch of places that were shady, rude, pushy or just plain never called me back about the car. I made an internet inquiry about a Mini Cooper S and within hours a sales manager had called me to make arrangements to come see it. Living in Denver and it being in the Springs I wasnt convinced it would be worth the trip, but Im so glad I came down. I met up with Rick and they had the car ready to look at and drive. I was able to take my time test driving it with Rick and then inspecting it visually as well. Rick answered all my questions and was very nice and professional. Everybody there was super helpful and genuinely seemed to care about selling me a good car. I also came in pre-approved with a line of credit and interest rate and they were not only able to beat it, but gave me by FAR the best offer on my trade in and the KBB value of the Mini was higher than what they were asking as well as agreed to replace a tow hook cover. Every used car comes with a 3k/3 month warranty. I had a very minor mechanical issue on my car after 1100 miles and they not only honored their warranty, they even allowed me to take it to a MINI dealership in Denver so I wouldnt have to drive back down to the Springs, which is their normal policy. Their service department has excellent customer service. I ended up not needing to take my car in (nice to know mechanics in the family) but it was nice to know I could have if Id wanted to. Added bonus? I was in and out of the place in about 2 hours. Easily the most comfortable car buying experience Id ever had (and Ive bought a lot of used cars). Hands down will come back if Im ever in the market for another vehicle.

We purchased a used vehicle from Red Noland pre owned and for the most part worked with Greg the GM and Dave in Finance. We were initially very impressed with the flexibility and customer service provided by Greg in the purchase of our vehicle after some miscommunication with the sales person, Greg made things good. We later had some issues with getting our plates from the DMV, initially the issues were with the DMV side, but after 3 wasted trips and frustration and our temp plates expiring the next day, I called Greg and he was aware of the situation, sensed our frustration and just "handled" it all. Took it off our plates. Gave us a loaner, came to us so we didnt have to drive anywhere, took our vehicle to get emissions, paid for it, going to go to the DMV and get our plates on our behalf and pay for them due to all the hassles we had to endure, and will be meeting us this afternoon at our location to swap vehicles back so that we are not inconvenienced any further. This is way beyond anything in my experience that any dealer has done/would do to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we are truly impressed and grateful. Although our process is not completely finished, it will be this afternoon without any further issues and I wanted to be sure I had time to post this review for them. Truly went above and beyond, making us really feel valued as a customer and not just a sale. Go see these guys when you are looking for your next vehicle!

EXEMPLARY SERVICE! I enjoyed talking to our salesperson, Michael Noonan, as he was easy going and knowledgeable. I originally came in to test drive a 2 door Jeep Rubicon. Michael knew everything about the vehicle, and spoke to me about it while I test drove. When we returned to the dealership, Greg Wyatt, sales manager, had mentioned a Jeep Cherokee that they had just gotten. I test drove that with Michael, and he even allowed me to take it home for the night to show my husband. We loved the Cherokee, but when we came in the next day, we saw a 4 door Jeep Rubicon, and Michael was so patient when we asked to test drive that car too. As we drove the Rubicon, Michael told us about his love for Jeeps, and what he knew about that vehicle. We ended up buying the Rubicon, and Michael was so happy for us. Greg Wyatt got us the payments we asked for, and even gave us a safe that bolts under one of the seats! Daniel Parks, finance manager, was very nice and made the paperwork/financing process so quick and easy. He even got us a lower interest rate than we originally thought, which helped the payments greatly. Everyone at Red Noland Pre-owned Center is so nice and professional. I felt like I was buying a car from a friend; I dont think well ever buy a car anywhere else. THANK YOU!!!

Found a used jeep with many great pictures on their website listed as a new arrival. Went the next day to check it out. Salesman was nice but checked in the shop and came back to explain that it was being serviced and would not be ready for 30 minutes. If a car is listed with 22 pictures I assume it is available to see and drive. Not at Red Noland. Better call ahead to see whats actually available. Not my cup of tea.

This place is fantastic. Easy butting experience, no pressure, and up front. They replaced a bad battery in car two weeks later no questions asked, just paid my local dealer for the service. Cannot say enough best things about this place.
