Bought my wife a truck that I knew was over priced, but I liked it! Dealt with C.J. ( Sales Manager) and James (smooth talker) Got in writing that they would get floor mats, Leather seat repair done, but verbally told a few other things were going to be fixed. (My mistake trusting these guys) They had me contact the repair guy for the sun roof, he had to order parts. when I got a hold of him again I was told that after he told C.J. the cost he was told that they were not going to have it fixed (they would lose money on the truck) 32k for a 2012 F-150 bought at an auction? ( ya, I know... But i really liked it)! Just a Bad experience totally! 3 months later, Still NO Floor mats or leather repair! PLEASE do your self a favor. DO NOT USE THIS THESE GUYS! I can only speak for the South location, but if they act like this, I would expect that the owner is the same way! Car dealers have a Bad reputation because of dealers like LAKESIDE AUTO BROKERS! If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a mustang from them that was " safety inspected" by their mechanic and passed, later found out they had NO mechanic cause he quit 2 days prior. Drove it off the lot and noticed some issues I didnt notice on the test drive. Took it to a mechanic and it turns out it had a bent rim, bent axle shaft, ruined panhard bar, exhaust was run under the rear axle, and it needed new spark plugs, the oil filter was literally black it hadnt been changed in so long, and radiator hoses needed replacing. Not to mention it was supposed to have premium sound with subs and a remote, which the remote wasnt even for my radio and the subs and premium speakers were missing. The salesman James constantly told us hed handle things then blow us off, so when I went to management all they did was look at me and ask " how do we know you didnt cause those problems? "

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT trust these people. Please do not go for the "we try to help our military family out" they could care less about your service to this country, only if they can get you to buy a car with a thousand problems. The truck I bought has slowly revealed more and more issues since buying it. They even refused to fix a critical problem with a truck they agreed to fix because once I signed the papers they mysteriously forgot they had agreed upon it. If for some reason you ignore the ton of negative reviews, please have the car inspected by a professional, and if you make a list of demands for them to fix before you buy, write each problem out SPECIFICALLY or they will get you on technicalities and refuse to fix it. Please tread incredibly lightly. You dont want to be stuck with a car payment on a car that has more problems then you can count

So great that i went back for seconds!!! Sadly after some time my transmission went poop on me so it was time for a new car. I went into Lakeside this afternoon to look at new cars with little hope of finding something and in just a few hours I happily left with an 09 Dodge Journey. I worked with Lester Komperda. He was very courteous, personable and helpful. He helped me easily make the transition from being hurt about losing a car and having to find a new one, into being the proud owner of a new to me used car. Mr. Komperda made the excruciating process of buying a car very smooth and easy.

I didnt know that reviews could get deleted.. but here I go again. Lake side auto made purchasing a vehicle horrific. THEY DONT EVEN INSPECT THEIR VEHICLES. they say they do but in all honesty they dont whatsoever. Please dont purchase from them and stop giving them business. The management staff and employees are very uneducated,rude and liars. Hedi, I still dont understand how you have a job there. You look and talk very unprofessional. I hope this place gets shut down due to all the lies and rigged vehicles. Its a horrible! Have fun deleting this one I will be back!!! ❤️

Probably one of the most honest auto dealers in the Springs. Gave me exactly the price I wanted for my trade in (KBB value +) didnt try to sell me what I didnt want and waited till I was ready to purchase not when they wanted to sign the deal. Thomas worked on my behalf to find me a newer truck with better features that my previous one and I couldnt be happier. No sharks just wanna get you in a vehicle that you want to be in. I recommend going here if your looking for a good deal. Thanks Thomas!

We came to Lakeside with a $10k budget looking for a second car. We met Lester and test drove a VW. He was honest, friendly, and really took the time to try to understand what we were looking for. We had discussed trading in our hummer, but werent sure of interest rates and what we could get for our trade! They blew us away with the deal Beau came up with and we ended up driving off the lot with TWO cars and a very low payment! After this experience, we will not be going anywhere else!!

ABSOLUTELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! Lucky they even got a star. Google needs to put like a numberline system in place. Where i csn give negative rating. This place is the absolute worst place to purchase or finance a vehicle. It will hurt you. They dont maintain any vehicles they recieved, its a "sell as it came" kind of place l then they dont help you if you have a problem. Im in the military and boy did they get me good. ABSOLUTELY STAT AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!.

Came in with a preapproval and knew what I was looking for. Wasnt pushed towards any certain vehicle. They didnt have what I wanted on the lot but checked other locations and found a vehicle fitting my criteria. Lester was absolutely awesome. Best test drive route ever. Very thorough. Honest and didnt try to hide any vehicle faults. Got well more than expected for trade in, at the top end of kbb. Will recommend to friends and family and will purchase from them again.

I came in July 2017 looking for a car originally. I worked with Lester and all the dealerships shut me down cause of the negative equity. Had a great experience then so I came back 4 months later to get rid of my car. He spent countless hours looking for a vehicle that would work with my situation. We found one and it was still a pain in the ass. We ended up spending 2 full days together. Great guy and willing to sacrifice anything to get you the deal you need.

I bought my Acadia at Lakeside and had a 5 star experience, for sure! The sales staff was very nice and helpful, and the finance guy, Jimmy (at the Tejon store), went above and beyond to help me. They were great with my kids and even had toys for them to play with at the dealership. The sales guys even put on a movie for my kiddos, which really helped as I was trying to fill out paperwork! I definitely recommend this family-owned dealership.

Lester Kompreda Is a awesome auto broker he got me an awesome deal on a 2002 Ford escape I made a great friend for life I took the car for a test drive and had a great conversation on the test drive and it was cool we got along even tho he likes the Broncos and I like the raiders but he a good friend to make I got awesome deal on car with just cash down I would give him a 5 star rating any day thank you Lester for all the help
