I am new the the Springs area, a Soldier, and in need of a second car. I had a small down payment but new I had bad credit so I knew this would not be easy. I first looked at Craigslist, but could not find a vehicle that worked in my price. However i did notice multiple listings for One Source Auto and Springs Automotive Group and thought maybe Id have better luck in person. So I made an appointment with One Source Auto and yes they had vehicles in my price range but they honestly were not worth the asking price. 3 hours later I left there with no vehicle and low hopes of any one else being able to help me out. This was when I decided to run by Springs Automotive Group just to see what they had on their lot. I pulled in and immediately was blown away with beautiful cars, trucks and SUVs. I thought maybe this was a bad idea and these guys will definitely not be able to help me. But I couldnt have been more wrong. A tall well dressed salesman named Kieth, dealership manager Oscar, finance manager Justin, and even the dealership owner Guy worked diligently to get me in a vehicle, even though it meant staying unti 9:30pm. Now most of you reading this may say, "of course they staid late, they want your money". Thankfully this was not true. You see each of these people had some sort of experience with the military, rather it be as a service member or as a dependent. This was extremely comforting because they understood the particular situation I was in and genuinely wanted to help. And help they did. After some back and forth trying to find the right vehicle for the right price, I drove home in a gently used but well documented 2001 Tahoe that they had just got in. Overall, the customer service was superior to any dealership I have been to, the facility and quality of vehicle were much nicer than I expected, and their location is easy to get to (just off Academy). So if you are in need of a vehicle and have little luck at other dealerships or you are looking for a supper nice sports car, jacked up truck, or whatever floats your boat, I recommend stopping by and talking to these guys. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a vehicle about 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. I understand about the as is policy but its not cool to sell a lemon, They promised to fix some of the issues which i appreciate but it only made the car worse now. Still doesnt want to start and after doing an allignment my calipers started to go out. If these problems dont get fixed I will be stuck with a lemon and I was told there was nothing more they would do for me so Now I am stuck with a lemon what they hell. I have to make monthly payments on a vehicle that wont be running much longer. I dont have the money to put into it and they told me they sell good quality vehicles bull crap! They sell crap cars and wont help you fix any issues if they have any I have never had this experience in my life you would think that they check there cars over before selling them infact it is the law. This is wrong and I wish there was something I could do about this. I will never go to them again or refer anybody to them ever. Seems like the car we got was traded in and just put on there lot to resell as is sign on it. When I brought up the issues they agreeded to fix some but after fixing it I still had issues I contacted the dealership and they are refusing to do anymore cause I bought it as is. If you plan on purchaing a car get the car fax, and bring your own mechanic if possible to check the car out. Terrible place stay away. They also try to sell you a car you dont want, or more expensive so they get there moneys worth be carefull and blunt with what you want they are supose to work for you and with you not tell you what you have to do. Be Carefull

I was looking for a specific vehicle on the net and thought I had found the perfect one at Springs Automotive. I called and spoke to Octavio. He assured me the vehicle was still on the lot, so I made an appointment to test drive it after work. I was running a bit late so octavio texted me informing me I needed to see Keith. When I arrived Keith was waiting for me. We test drove the vehicle I had seen online and I didnt care for it. After a brief discussion reference what my car goal and budget was I test drove the car I ended up buying. Keith was so accommodating I think he would have allowed me to test drive what ever my fancy was, but he was estute enough to steer me toward my professed style and price range. The car I selected had low miles and was in good shape. I brought a few cosmetic blemishes to his attention and Springs Automotive is going to cure those for me. Explanation of financing and compiling of paperwork with Oscar was thorough. I signed my final paperwork with Mike. All were friendly and knowledgeable. My only ding would be having to ask multiple times what the car price was, as it was not posted on the car, and I hadnt previewed it online. I realize part of their marketing strategy is to show the customer they can afford the car. But for me, I had a dollar amount in my head that I wasnt going to budge on. If their number and mine hadnt been the same they would have done a lot of work for nothing. The vehicle I bought was a bit dusty, so while I was in signing my paperwork Keith and Oscar gave the car a rinse, very classy touch! I would very much recommend Springs Automotive Group.

Bought the car in Denver but with contingencies it have new tires, chip in windshield fixed, and keyless entry remote provided. The staff was extra friendly, patient and courteous. They gave us a great deal on our GMC Yukon and trade in, without the pressure. They suggested we have the added work done in the Springs as this would be more convenient for us, since we live there. After about a week and a half I contacted the dealer in Colorado Springs. I have to admit I was not too friendly. I had this feeling in the back of my mind that, now that the deal was done, the dealership would just forget about us and we would be stuck with all kinds of litigation issues to get them to finalize our deal in a satisfactory manner. Regardless of my harsh manner of addressing them, they remained very professional and courteous. They informed me they had only gotten the paperwork the night before. Dale got the needed information from us, as far as the correct tire size and the next day, by noon,.all the additions had been done and my fears were put to rest. Being senior citizens we have experienced some very shady dealers through out the years, but I have to give Springs Automotive the best rating we have ever given, as far as friendliness, courtesy, and reliability. Its sad to say but now-a-days a lot of dealers will tell you what you want to hear and when it comes down to delivering they forget you all together. Springs Automotive restored my faith in the old form of customer service. I felt so bad I had to call and apologize for my abrasive manner.
