Id have to say this was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Finance manager was an ass. He was rude and disrespectful. I shouldve walked out, but I liked the truck and just put up with it. About six months into the purchase I noticed a really bad smell in the truck and no matter what I did I could not get rid of the smell. On my first trip out I was about 200 miles from home and the trucks wires shorted which left me stranded. I had to have the truck towed to a shop and they fixed the problem. Wheel bearings were bad so I had them replaced. I have had to get the transmission rebuilt. Trailer wiring was jacked up so I had the mechanic go through and re-wire everything so it would work. Head gasket had to be replaced, and the head had to be rebuilt. There were other issues too. This left me roughly -$10,000 plus what I had spent to purchase the truck. I would STAY AWAY from this place. Either they have incompetent mechanics or they just dont give a s**t about what they sell you and just want to make a quick buck. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

Not happy with the warranty they sold me from National Auto. I was talked into this Warranty at Country Truck and Auto as something I needed for protection at a cost of over $2,000 for my F350. Now 1 year later when I need the warranty, they gave the shop and me the run around. Dealer said they would take care of this but never contacted the warranty company - per the Warranty company. Told the shop to tear it down, then said they could not determine the cause of failure because it was torn down. Then said the heads had warp age that was not covered. Said this was due to overheating the engine, but there was no temp code or Gage reading indicating this. Mechanic found evidence of a cracked head in the ports but they would not return to investigate - Now saying the claim is denied. I am not the 1st to fall for this scam and wont be the last - I would not trust a company that endorses and sells a worthless warranty.

Not impressed. Purchased a pickup at the beginning of the year. Im 4 hours away, so I asked them if anything was wrong and to look it over, didnt want to make the drive for nothing. They assured me that it had been ran thru their shop and everything checked out ok. Ended up buying it because they had a warranty.... Well, in the first 4 months, I have replaced power steering pump, complete AC system, water pump, injectors, lift pump, and the transmission. When I called about the warranty, I was just given the run around and they didnt stand behind anything. So I have spend over half of what I paid for the pile of crap in repairs...and that was in the first few months of ownership. I do expect some repairs on a used vehicle, but this is ridiculous. By far the worst used car purchase I have ever made.

Bought my truck and moved out of state causing some title issues that Dave handled with no problem. Mike was awesome the entire way through - hooked up a great truck for a great price, even helped me load my motorcycle in the bed. Just sent out new temp tags as I am having issues registering in a new state. Met with the owner and is a stand up guy. All around great service, great inventory, mechanically knowledgeable - couldnt recommend them more. Oh yeah, and they offer an awesome warranty on all used trucks - couldnt be happier with them.

I am a small business owner, looking to update my fleet of work trucks. I drove 40 miles to Country Truck and Auto to look at purchasing a truck. Besides the fact that there was duct tape on the the rear door for weatherstripping, and the car lot owner / salesman could not answer any questions about the truck, the truck had dents on every panel and was over priced. I have never experience a car dealer that was so rude and judgmental on who was worthy enough to buy a truck from them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I purchased an awesome used vehicle from Country Truck & Auto in May 2013! They found amazing financing (Dan Mattox) and Mike Willis (salesman) & their mechanics staff took care of EVERY little detail or "issue" with the pre-owned Chevy Trailblazer that I bought from them. I LOVE MY CT & A TRUCK!!
