DO NOT COME HERE if I could give this place zero stars I would. I am now in a binding contract with these theives, my credit is ruined because of them. I was paying an arm and a leg for a car that has broken down three times, the a/c never worked, one of the wheels sounded like it was going to fall off, and the alternator belt was screwed up. I did a voluntary surrender and I still have to pay for the piece of junk car that I no longer drive. This place is a joke, they over charge for all of their cars and they clean you out. They also stick GPS and automatic kill switches in the cars so if you dont pay your bill they shut the car off wherever and whenever they please, you have to get permission from the dealership to trade or sell the vehicle at another dealer, and you have to notify them whenever you move to a different residence. This place is horrible, if you want a great quality car without paying a ludicrous amount of money I highly suggest going to an actual dealership, save yourself this kind of hassle.

Do your research before purchasing a car here. I purchased a vehicle here and booked the car afterwards and realized I paid over 3x the actual value of the car. I then started having issues with the driver side control arm. So i thought to myself hey their var came with a decent warranty so took it in and found out that the shop sent in the work order and it was denied because its not covered. So much for the warranty! So i called to get the why it wasnt covered and the woman on the phone was short and dismissive of my questions and pretty much said there is nothing they will do. So on that note Do Not purchase a vehicle here unless you have no other option and like being taken advantage of. And all these so called good reviews they have are fake, part of their process during the purchase they make you get on and write them a good review. So take that into consideration.

02 Mar 2017 Edit ~ vehicle they sold me had the engine check light come on within 4 hours of leaving the lot. This is *after* an oil change and a $300+ stereo install. Took it to two different places for an ODB read. Both places said cylinder 1&2 are light / misfiring. Saw Cory (CarHop salesman) this morning, the day after I bought it, who sent me over to VMax. Service appointment has been scheduled for the 7th at 8 a.m. Cory assured me that I wouldnt be out of pocket for anything. Will update again after VMax has taken a look. Vmax fixed the problem and CarHop paid for it (warranty). --- Great service and selection. Michelle juggled multiple clients at once and still was able to take care of all my questions and concerns in a timely manner as well as help me get out of a minivan.

DO NOT GO TO CARHOP! DO NOT WORK WITH DANEKA. She is sooo rude and unprofessional. I promise you will regret it. they messed with our account and put us to pay on Monday when we dont get paid until Friday and they HARRASS us every week with multiple emails, texts, calls and voicemails. not to mention we went and financed another car else where , a car newer by 11 years and we pay less for our 2014 car. they will screw you over and take your money . not to mention their bullshit warranty doesnt cover anything ! we had our car for 6 months and had to put over $600 in it and their warranty didnt cover anything . I cannot wait to pay this car off and go else where.

We bought a car from carhop about two years ago and it was a great experience. We were nervous because we had a recently repossessed car but we were approved and to this day we have no issues with our car. Last week we went in to purchase a second car and they worked with us to roll over the remaining balance on our current car so we only have one payment but two cars from them. This second car did have some mechanical issues but carhop got them all fixed within the first week at no expense to us. We are now a two car family and we are grateful! Both cars were purchased at the greeley location.

I got a Red Chevy Aveo on May 30th 2014 from Carhop. To tell you the truth my credit was truly really bad, but they helped me get into a automotive that was just right for me. The payments was a little more then i could do but my payment is made on time every month. They actually lowered my payments when i had to changed employment ( jobs). There has been some issues that i wasnt happy about the car due to some minor issues, but those issues are getting much better with time. I am doing this all on my own with no help from spouse, family or help from friends on payments. Pamela Randolph.

Matthew at the Lakewood store was very snide and rude, often cutting me off midsentence. He WAS very professional until I signed the contract. I did think it weird that he was trying to get a 5 star review before the deal was even done. And trying to get ahold of him afterwards was like pulling teeth. The shop they used, Sheridan Auto Tech, claimed to have repaired my vehicle but it sounded worse coming out than it did going in. Going to pay this off and never look back. To hell with Car Hop, to hell With Sheridan Auto Tech(Lakewood location) and to hell with Matthew.

This is an excellent company to go to if you have credit issues. It should be noted however that they are not a traditional dealer... They offer a program for people who have bad or unestablished credit to build their credit through a short term dealer-financed auto loan. The idea is that after completing the loan your credit will have improved and it will show on your credit report that you have payed off a vehicle. This will make it much easier 1-2 years down the road to go into a traditional dealer and get an excellent deal.

I have horrible credit and went to CarHop expecting to be denied. Not only did I get approved the Store Manager Staci spent literally the whole day calling other Colorado CarHops to make sure we found a car I want. I test drove about five different cars just to decide I wanted to the first one I drove. The whole time she was great and going above and beyond to find me something. She was great and so far my overall experience with CarHop of Greeley has been GREAT!! I recommend this to anyone who has credit issue.

I loved coming here! My wife and I were very desperate for a car, and we went into CarHop 10 minutes before they closed and kindly welcomed us. We felt bad that we kept him there until about 9:30PM, but we were very lucky that that time wasnt wasted. We dont have very good credit, but that was no problem for them! It took about 20 - 30 minutes to get approved and we actually have a very good payment plan set up! I would highly recommend anyone who needs a car to come here!

THE NIGHTMARE CONTINUES. after all the mechanical trouble, being out of work for a week. Now come to find out I was sold a car they didnt own yet. I cant register, temp tags expired, they have no title or vin from CarMax who sold last. Then I get the, "Ill call you right back"no call of course. They need to pay for my plates, and any fines I get driving an illegal vehicle. Horrible communication, shady business practice, craziness!
