After finding Elite, I knew the search for The constant wonder of which shop will give you the best deal was over. This place is truly elite. Mo and the rest of the staff are incredibly respectful and treat you like a valued customer and ensure that you leave happy. I brought an item In that I had loaned before at cash America and showed mo my receipt and not only did he match what they gave me for my item, but the interest rate to get it out was insanely lower, lowest interest rate around, if you ever need to loan something I highly suggest you come here, I mean it would kind of crazy not to, not only do you get the fairest price but you dont have to pay an arm and a leg to get it back. Plus, this place actually seems like you take care of your items, where instead of most shops you can see them open the storage room and put your 1000 dollar computer next to a chainsaw that looks like it came from Texas chainsaw massacre. Basically saying this place is super clean, very well organized, awesome staff and lowest interest rates out of any shop you can find. This place truly understands the concept of customer service and seem like they are in the business for the right reasons and strive to make their customers happy. Its no coincidence that their isnt one negative review on this place. I suggest you check it out and you will see why its so rightfully called Elite.

The owner and employees of Elite pawn seem to run their business with some real integrity you wont find at a lot of other pawn shops. I bought a guitar amp from elite pawn around some 4 months ago and did get around to finally using it and found out that the amp was a little defective. I called elite pawn just to see if they could do anything for me not really expecting much since the return policy had expired 3 months ago. This man runs his business with some real integrity tho I wasnt allowed to return the amp for full price he compensated me half the price of the amp and then allowed me to keep it which is much more than he ever had to do. Now I have a fixable amp which was a good deal anyway ($35) and it only costed half as much as it did to begin with. All in all Elite Pawn is fair place to do your business. I will be going back.

Best pawn shop Ive ever been to hand downs. Pawned stuff at many different places and.have never met one that comes close to.how great this place is and how great the owners are. Moes helped.me out time and.time again even when I brought in something he normally wouldnt take he still took it in on a pawn for me to help me out. There not out to screw.you and make money and thats what pawn shops are known for. I strongly recommend stopping by here before you get ripped off somewhere else!!

Initially after a misunderstanding with this business I gave this business a 1 out of 5 star rating. The owner soon reach out to me and was able to get everything figured out. As a business owner I know how important customer service is and this owner really outdid himself and prove that his customers come first. This owner just got himself another lifelong customer. I highly recommend this pawnshop over any other have been to and they really do put their customers first.

These guys look at more than just the bottom line. I really feel like they care about trying to help you, especially if youre a repeat, long time customer. Yes, theyre a business and have to make money, but they are far more compromising than any other pawn shop in the area. I have been on both sides of the deal, borrowing and purchasing and walked away happy and satisfied each time. Will never go to another pawn shop. Customer for life.

Went in five minutes before closing for a pair of headphones. did not have the pair i was going to settle for so i told him i had sixty bucks and they worked with me and i walked out with the headphones i didnt think i could afford and the pair i wanted. During all of this didnt seem rushed that they were supposed to be closed actually was told to take my time. All in all great pawn shop with great staff thanks guys

My mother needed a TV and I brought her to one pawn shop before Elite Pawn, lets just say Elite pawn has excellent Prices and awesome customer service!!! My kids were with us and they could not have been more patient with my kids. I am only going to this pawn shop ever!!! And it has alot of items to choose from. Also the doggy out front is a great employee !!! You guys all rock and mom loves her TV

I had somehow accidentally rated this place in the past, however, I do like this place quite a bit. That was until I went in there not too long ago and one of the managers/ owners had taken my ID and looked up my name on review sites and openly confronted me about the 1 star review. At the time I didnt know I had rated this business. I gave it 2 stars now, no more because that was creepy as hell.

I was in the market for an Omega Diver, looked for a good deal for months. Stopped by Elite Pawn and spoke to a dude named Mohsen. He was very laid back and knew his luxury watches. Got myself a fly Omega Watch for 1/5 of the market price. The watch looked brand spankin new and worth every buck. Best prices Ive seen at a pawn shop for jewelry, Im a regular now.

Place is clean and organized- made it easy to browse... The service was friendly and super fair. Mo was awesome to deal with, he was honest in his opinions with my items and even told me where I can get better prices on some of the items he didnt need. RARE thing to find in a pawn shop. Highly recommend Elite Pawn!

Great clean store with friendly staff. They dont have junk, only quality inventory. They have great deals, reasonable for previously purchased items...they are definitely not trying to steal from you. I love pawn shopping and plan to be back to Elite to check out their latest.

Use to like this place but going to cash America pawn now. Need to educate employees on head lights. Had the best one you can buy. Wouldnt even attempt to make offer. Said come back tomorrow when owners there. Whats the use of having employees if they cant make decisions.

The owner was awesome. Helped me check out a few computers and find the right one. Had the computer for a few months now and it is still working great. I also found that his prices were even lower than craigslist, so kinda an easy decision. Yes I will definitely be back!

I Never have had an issue with getting a loan and you leave there not feeling took. Like other pawn shop great customer service and they have really nice things whether its tools electronics jewelry house hold goods. You guys r great.
