I came in and stood waiting for 20 minutes while one of the employees was going through some guys box of junk (they didnt offer him anything for any of it and she knew that but proceeded to waste all our time.) There were a few others also waiting. Two of us were just trying to purchase items and noticed that there were 2 other employees just chatting behind the counter completely ignoring us. It was extremely frustrating and I felt disrespected. Finally when it was my turn to purchase my items, she went in the back for 10 minutes only to tell us she couldnt find the game that I had the car for from the floor. I picked up a similar one and she went back yet again for another ten minutes and says that one isnt there either. As you could imagine, I was getting irritated. So she went back a third time and miraculously found the original one I had wanted. During all this waiting I looked through the DVDs and found a few I didnt need at all but bought anyways. When I got home, 3 of them werent in the cases. Now I have to waste more time on some stuff I really didnt want in the first place. They also have a horrible selection and insane prices. I went to a different location the next day and they were completely respectful of my time and instead of charging 1.99 for regular DVDs, they charged .49 and the games 2.99 . I also noticed that everything else in the store was a great deal. Sorry for the long review but I just wanted to put this out there.

They messed up my laptop while I was there to pick it up. They didnt even mention anything about it. Heard the crash oops oh well, then thought it was funny as they laughed about it. The management has not responded to my call. Service was lousy the day I was there to take care of the bill. Maybe this place doesnt care about being a professional place to profit as a business. They have definitely lost a customer.. My name has been on file for several years. Cant believe it. Too bad.. to date;( now) I managed to get a chance to speak with the manager says "apologetic about it and reassured me that they are under new management.. Me? Doesnt change anything about having anymore future business with this place.. Lesson learned....

These people are horrible. They take advantage of the community charging more than double at time of pickup. The managers have no idea what they are doing and have never been in the pawn business before. Most of them have worked at Burlington factory and such places with no experience in financial services. The worst part of this place is they do not appreciate their employees AT ALL. I know because I was a a+ employee and basically renewed the store after the previous managers wereally terminated for videotapin female employees using the restroom. They fired me for being pregnant and gave the worst reason as an excuse. These people and this company is aweful please do not go.. stand up for your rights!!

My roommate started doing meth so I pawned a couple big items for cheap to keep them safely locked away. I had to rewrite the loan once. When I finally got the meth head out I went to get my stuff. They almost doubled the intrest rate when I rewrote the loan and didnt tell me. I couldve bought a safe and bolted it to the floor for cheaper than the interest I had to pay to get my stuff out.

I like to buy DVDs and tools here. Good prices... Except for the weird short little white boy with the bowl cut, who works there. He stalks me every time I go. He asks way too many questions. Probly lives in his mummys basement. Today I bought half a dozen DVDs and a set of wrenches. Turns out all the DVD cases were empty;( I think he took them out in purpose. Douch!

I went to get a loan on my gold necklace and I was surprised how high is the interest rate% . Ivə been in other places and they dont charge **162%**annual. !!. These ppl are really taking advantage of the community. Stay away
