This place will rip you off. They said put what you can down and no time limit to pick up.I asked the unprofessional sales person, so I can put at least $60 down on an item that costs $350.00 and no time limit to pick up even if I cant make a payment til i can just pay it off? the unprofessional sales person replied that is right. So I proceeded to put item on layaway. i called them and said i will not be able to make any payments for at least a few months and they said it was okay.went to finally pay layaway off and they had sold it under me. they said that i never called or anything. What a bunch of bullshit.I did call and they said i was good. what a bunch of thieves. no rating they dont deserve any kind of ratings. will never deal with these ripoffs anymore. do not recommend them for anything at all. take your money and business eslwhere for better service and if you dont want to get ripped off. keep in mind they said no time limit and nothing about must pay every two weeks or anything of the sort. thats why shops like Pawn Stars are the topkick of all pawn shops.

I am a merchant Seaman who rides coastwise containerships from Wa State to Anchorage Alaska and I have been leaving my Glock Handguns with Topkick for safekeeping for years now. Anyway, this last time I got stuck on a ship and was unable to get down there in time to redeem my items. So after a few months, I figured they were long gone because I didnt live up to my end of the deal. I just happened to call them today and ask about another handgun I have low and behold they still have my original items, and kept them for me,without selling them months after the loan was due!! NO other pawn shop would have done that for me or anybody else, so Topkick Jewerly & Loan gets my highest recommendation and respect! They take care of loyal customers, no question about it.

AWESOME people. Mark helped me recover priceless duck calls that were stolen from me. My Dad talked to Mark about the situation and let him know to keep an eye out for them. One in a million chance, but it was worth a shot. The person who stole them came in three days later, pawned them for 30 dollars CLEARLY not knowing the value that they had! The owner called my Dad to have me come down to identify my calls after he purchased them thinking that they would be mine. Otherwise he said he wouldnt have bought them. My heart sank when they were stolen having them since 12 yrs old or longer, but my whole world was put back in order when we got the call that Top Kick had my duck and goose calls! I will never forget this experience and will be forever grateful.

I have been buying stuff from Top kick for at least six years and have always been greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. I feel like the staff is really friendly. It is like going to see friends and then also getting great deals on items that are high quality for less than retail and some items that are rare finds and I cant say enough on how much the place offers just about everything. This is a real Pawn shop not like those corporate chains that mark up the cost of items higher than retail. I have always gotten a great deal and friendly and great service.

Ill give the +1 just because my old man has been going there for a long time and hasnt had any problems. The only time I went there to sell something it was a joke... I had a very nice, like new Leupold scope that can be resold for 800-900 and the guy wouldnt even make me an offer and looked at me like I was stupid for asking 400. So I sold it on E-bay for 750... Seriously... I would have much preferred the 400 bucks right then, than wait 5 days for the auction to go through and they could have made an EASY 350.

How many fire code violations is place getting away with? No room to walk, a clustered mess you touch one item like the guitars and the rest fall like dominoes. Way to much inventory. One guy in there had a brand new or like new item he wanted to sell, he got a flat out no answer they didnt even make any kind of offer, meanwhile there was guy after guy showing up with power tools, and got what they came there for. Which looked very odd. PCSD might want to look into this place. Suspicious

In 1999 someone stole an expensive camera from my home. I went to Topkick at the suggestion of the police.They had not seem it come in at the time. I left my phone number and they called a few days later. A man had come in and tried to sell it. They confiscated my camera and called me. I greatly appreciated the gesture. My camera ended up being donated to the Tacoma School of the Arts for photography students to use.....Thanks to Topkick for returning it to me.

I have been going here for years now, their layaway option is second to none, I have always been treated really well. Only once have I had a problem with something I bought from them and they made it right even though they didnt have too. I only do business with them now even though they are not even close to me.

Above and beyond what I expected from a pawn shop. I dont typically go to pawn shops but I now find myself in here regularly. Great staff. Great finds. Ill drive past 5 other pawn shops on my way to check this one out first.

Good place to buy guns and other items and great layaway program they kind of low ball you on items to pawn if you have something nice and of value take to America pawn they pay better
