My hubby and I do business regularly at this location. We have had nothing but good experiences from all the brokers. As regulars who have taken many many pawn loans in their shop over the past couple years & almost always get our items back rather than letting them go~ more often than not the employees go above and beyond to provide the best deals possible for us. On more than 1 occasion we have been given an extra couple days to 1 week to renew/pick up on our property if we were stuck in a position where we could not afford to pay on the loans final due date. On the other side of their business, they have always been willing to negotiate prices on merch. They also have a great layaway program that makes it so easy to pay for more expensive items if you cant afford to make one large payment, but rather a few installments over time. It is so comforting to know that they actually care about their customers. My hubby and I have done business at various other snohomish county locations, and none of them can even come close to the level of great customer service we get at the 128th shop. A big thank you to the awesome team of people working here! You all have helped my family through tough times on more than one occasion. It is appreciated more than you could know!

I am very pleased with the way the store manager (Ivan Buchanan) handled my complaint with this store recently. Somehow when loaning some video games, the mistake was made of switching out one of my husbands games with another title that didnt belong to us, and was no where in the same price value. At the store he said there is not much he could do since there was no proof on the ticket receipt that our title was missing. It said "4 various game titles" instead of specifying each game title. I was very upset as this was a birthday gift that i had gotten brand new for my husband. After writing a long complaint on Yelp, Ivan went up and out of his way to purchase the title we were missing brand new, and contacted me to tell me he has a new copy waiting for us. I am very surprised a manager would do this and i have no complaints here. We are long time customers here, and have never had any problems with this store before this experience. Im sure it was just an honest mix up, but for future reference it would definitely cause a lot less problems if they state each specific title, brand, color, etc. on the ticket receipts. Thanks Ivan for going out of your way to keep your customers happy.

I was driving to Cash America and I called to store to check what time they closed. I knew I was going to be close. Was told they had to lock the door at 7:00 pm as it was policy. I pulled to the front door and was getting out of my truck as clerk was locking the door. they simply replied we are closed. I arrived at 7:00 pm it hadnt even turn to 7:01. I called the store from outside and was told they only answered the phone as a curtesy. I asked for the corporate phone number and was told that only the store manager would have access to that information and I was free to try again tomorrow. I arrived at 7:00 pm it hadnt even turn to 7:01. What business it so strict as to locked door and not open it for someone when they currently have customers still in the store. I will admit to being upset about this and letting them know from behind locked doors, they just laughed. and went about their business . I have always done business with this store and cant believe how they would jeopardize the store reputation this way.

I call them to let them know I was going to be a little late because of traffic and I get there not even a minute after the lock the door. And they wanted to see what I had so I dig it out of my car and show them then they looked down at what I had. Plus Im a regular costumer and that didnt help me aint all. I will be sure to get all my stuff out and take it to the one down on Broadway the personal there are a whole lot nicer and neater.

The older lady with the glasses at the jewelry counter is super lazy and does her job half ass. Was trying to buy a tablet, 2 in 1 or a laptop and she was helping me til someone she knew came through the door and then she acted like there was nothing to help me with any longer...... Sad cause I purchase alot from here. Id rather drive the 3.5 miles for better customer service.

This place sucks. They only accept new products. And everyone is very slow and seem to not give a rats ass about their customers. Brought 2 sets of turtle beach headphones and they didnt want them cause they arent the current next gen consoles. Not everyone has money for new consoles. Not sure who is managing but this place is trash. Definitely dont recommend going here.

Every time Ive gone there, it has been farely busy but the employees always are willing to help or direct you to help or let you know they will be with you. They are pleasant to deal with even when facing touch customers. Jon helped me as I was new to pawning items and he made my nervous visit much less intimidating. Thanks Jon!☺

The bald headed white manager is super rude and has a stick up his butt. He thinks he is super cop and always low balling. Diana is new and i came in with a tablet I just bought to get a loan and she denied me. Came back 5 mins later and DAT got me 20. Thanks DAT!
