I specifically made this account to share how unpleasant and unprofessional my experience at pacific pawn was. The people that own/run the place are probably the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of talking with. I went into the damp, musty, moldy smelling shop to ask if they would be interested in giving me a loan on an item i had.. Instead of a simple no, the man stared at me uncomfortably for about a minute and then said "Nope we have way to many of those here" and then pointed to the bunch of items behind the counter. and then went back to looking at whatever magazine he was looking at before i walked in. So all in all he was very rude, didnt want to give me the time of day, and it was a dirty over crowded small shop that I would honestly be afraid to leave my expensive electronics at, for fear they would get lost or damaged in the piles of dusty garbage they had stacked to the ceiling. Would not refer anyone to go there, nor would I ever for a second consider going there again myself.

Very rude unprofessional and discriminate against the younger crowd. 8 yrs plus everything I have ever brought to them they instantly turn me down, but they take the exact same merchandise and have my uncle bring it in with no problems what so ever this has happened to me over 10 times I am clean cut drive a very nice car and look very presentable they are the only pawn shop that does this to me very unsatisfied with their customer service. Also I agree it is a very dirty trashy place.

I didnt know anything about what I was doing-the staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. I would do business there vs other places. As, a plus their prices seem to be fair. They have many unusual items-go Christmas shopping early! Seriously, there is something for everyone.

I personally enjoyed my visit there the place may be a little musty but the people were very personable and gave me a very fair deal and if I have something that they arent interested in buying they recommend places that will and I would definitely recommend them

Very helpful when I was looking at electronics, was able to find what I needed. The owner was great to work with and let me test before purchasing. Ended up coming back in, they were still helpful even though it was nearly closing time. Great place!

Awesome find! Was really glad I stopped in this pawn shop! I was looking for a 10 Gauge shotgun for 2 months and I found one here for a really good price! The guy who helped me was super friendly and awesome. 10/10 will be coming back here

Sandy W. must be mentally handicapped or living in an alternate reality because no one in Pacific Pawn is rude. They are the coolest guys with the best deals in town, plus, they buy ANYTHING! The only pawn shop I ever go to.

i just got done calling this place to see when they closed and the man who answered the phone said "15 minutes" then hung up the phone. anyone who thinks this place is good is obviously high.

Dont pawn stuff there, theyll keep it even when its within your time. Then say its already for sale when it isnt even in the case. Its musty and stinky there too.Not a nice place.
