This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. It was not only 1 day but 2 days of horrible service. Yesterday 4/8 I came in with an xbox to do an exchange for my 5 year old son who wanted a Nintendo DS. The associate who was very reluctant to help me (hispanic lady, no one has a badge to get a name I see why) & gave me minimal to no service told me to try another store before I could tell her what I was trying to do. She also told the customer who came in after me to try another store without asking what she needed. But I already came from bothell to renton to this store. All I wanted was something more convenient for my son. I dealt with her rude service to get what I needed in a rush to leave I get home to find out she gave me the wrong power cord for the DS. Today 4/9 I came back hoping I can get the right cord. When I came in a girl different from yesterday (mediterranean or Indian, tan short long hair, again with no badge name) was even more rude than the one from yesterday. I told her that I recieved the wrong power cord she quickly shot me down & told me "theres nothing I can do thats how it came" when did Cash America take merchandise without the right power cords? I thought it was policy for the merchandise to work & have power cords in order to pawn it. (Correct me if I am wrong). I thought this would be a simple process. But I told her "I would buy the right cord" she then told me "I cant give you another cord" Her co-worker who over heard our conversation told her to look in the back for a cord she would not do it & started to stall by walking around doing nothing as if she I was not waiting to be taking care of. At this point I just wanted a return. To be treated like this was not worth my time or money. As I ran to my car & came back the girl was gone. I asked for a return from another worker he then helped me without the attitude & without the rude customer service. I really dont understand why the two women were rude & had poor customer service skills. Ive been in customer service for over 5 years & never seen this poor of service for simple transactions. I then drove less than a couple of miles to a different location on sunset blvd & received great customer service from an associate. Came into store today Mia Customer Care Specialist assisted me and my daughter never felt so cared for by any CCS as we did with Mia she was very professional and friendly. My daughter came in to buy a ring and she is difficult because she want the perfect ring. Mia was patience, kind, and funny. Thanks Mia for your great customer service.

they changed my chain for a diffrent one i put it on layaway and they said its that one no its not never going there again bad custumer service !!!!
