Im completely and utterly shocked and unsatisfied for the disrespectful service i receive at this shop. Seems to be a respectful place of business by the reviews but never have i felt so blatantly disrespected by a single person over and over again by hearing this women speak to other people with manners refering to costumers as sir and then look at me a young mexican that she sees is struggling and is in her shop trying to do business to get by due to uknown circumstances by her means..yet she looks down on me and continuously called me GUY as i stood next to the gentleman she had called sir multiple times with a smile..and then for some reason had the calling to look at my vehicle while im in tge middle of trying to sell my things and interrupted me with her most important question and concern "why does your car look so Ratty Tatty" in front of other costumers and work associates and continue to call me guy and belittle the items i had brought in, even after i had explained the hard time im going through and said thank you anyways and returned her rudeness with my christain belief of kindness and believing that shes good at heart and is only judging me because of my vehicle and doesnt know me...even though i felt so disrespected and belittled by the women who runs this business. When i finally left she deliberately took the path i had walked in her store moving around and checking the items i have touched while looking outside with a smug face towards me putting My belongings back into my car. I did nothing to disrespect her or her store i actually realy like their items for sale but the tall older women in her 50s maybe 60s with dark short hair continued to make me feel unwelcome for no apperant reason besides the fact that she had stated about my car that bothered her so deeply... Im not a druggy or a panhandler but was deffinately treated like one this morning because my car was quote on quote "Ratty Tatty" and i did not fit her standards as a respectable human being that belonged in her shop.

DONT GO HERE. Is it possible to give half a star? Or minus stars? I was a loyal customer for a year, always buying something from them. More often then not I would spend $50+ each time. The last time I went there I was trying to haggle out a deal with one of the employees there, telling them I know I can get it for less on eBay. The manager (older woman?) piped up and said in a very rude tone "Well we arnt eBay and we dont follow eBay prices.", gee really? She had always been friendly to me before that point and always willing to work with me to make me a deal. Their prices are high, eBay high. I know how they look items up to price them, Im not stupid. I wasnt even talking to her and she had to stick her nose into my deal. I left after that and havent been back since. They USED to be good but...theyre overpriced, they spam Craigslist constantly with their ads and obviously they dont give a damn about their customers. DONT GO HERE.

Recently purchased a Diomand ring from here. I have to say amazing prices, alot lower than most jewelers. Ive been purchasing with them for over 3 years and never had any problems. Maureen is a hoot and Molly is very informative when it comes to alot of things. Also fair in the pawning side of things.

Great selection, big retro game selection, but check the reviews, these guys are out to make a buck. Over priced items and low buy backs, pretty much the definition of a pawn shop, cant blame them, part of the game.

only people in kent that would take psa graded baseball cards . the owner knew the company and had no trouble making the loan. cards must be a major player and graded by psa or beckett grading service

I have been going here for years, buying and pawning things. But I took my ps4 in and they are going for 320 brand new, they offered me 65 dollars for it. I go to a diff shop and get over 100
