do not do business with these people I had a loan which I kept renewing for the last 3 years due to health problems. Never late I had an emergency surgery which left paying it late. on the third day of being overdue they put it out for sale but told me I could come in and pay double the loan amount to get it back. Talked to 2 different workers, so I went down there to pay double the amount to get it back but when I showed up they told me they couldnt let it go for $600 because it was a $4000 marked item and they would sale it to me for $3000. I was told on the phone by two different people that their POLICY is you can buy it back for double the loan amount. they do not stand by their policy. I was told to use Cash America, or Lynnwood Jerrys loan. Great service-bigger loans!! they stand by their 90 day loans and actually give you an extra 30 day with a small fee. WARNING DO NOT TRUST THEM... PAWN FATHERS SUCKS. Clicking fair/poor button is to good of a remark. when the older lady sold it to her kids was a bad move for customers. Oh in the best thing about this talk about karma, they could of sold me my fake Rolex back for $600, but no greedy people will learn a lesson guess what youre trying to sale a faux Rolex for $4000. *WARNING TO CUSTOMERS. IF THEY SELL THIS FAUX WATCH AS REAL WHAT ELSE THEY TRYING TO SCAM.

So many things are wrong about this place, I dont know where to begin. The customer service is terrible. For example when I was trying to get a loan on some equipment, the employee was eating a sandwich during the whole ordeal. Crumbs were flying out of his face while he was bumbling about a ridiculous price he wanted to settle for and was being incredibly rude about it. -Dude, you think Im f###ing lying to you?- He says after I mentioned there was no way it was worth that little. I did nothing to provoke him. (Pawn Exchange gave me 3 times that amount later). On other occasions, Ive come in and employees were treating items for sale as if it were their own and hanging out with their buddies while violently bashing on a drum set, riding around on a scooter in the store. This obviously shows that management is poor as well because I dont know how a responsible person can hire people who mistreat items for sale, use an excessive amount of profanity to a customer, and then lazily mope around after they expelled their energy with this absolutely unacceptable behavior. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE.

Ive been buying items from Pawn Fathers for a few years, bought a couple of guitars and audio equipment. Every time Ive been treated well and today topped it all when the man helping me cut me a deal on a ring just a little out of my price range and was going to put on lay-a-way, just because it was Valentines day. The customer service here has always been great, and by far the best pawn shop in the area.

I Purchased a firearm here & had a few issues with a couple different guys in regards to when I could pick up the pistol but the females that work there are very professional, friendly & courteous.... some mild misunderstandings but everything worked out in the end. Great deals on their firearms, unlike most of the gunshops in snohomish co. they do observe the 10 day Brady law....

They are also able to special order items. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. Dont hesitate to make an offer, if they can they will. They have earned my business!

Went to look for a gun, the guys spent good hour explaining everything I need to know, recommended guns, Did not push or got frustrated at all. The other two associates there were pretty cool and we were chatting for good 30 minutes., I will recommend them to my friends

Hands down the best pawn shop Ive ever been to! I would recommend this place to anyone! I purchased a 46" Samsung flat screen and blu-ray player for an great deal and the customer service was beyond 5 star! I have no clue why there are any bad reviews on these guys!

This location has such a wonderful selection of coach purses and guns. i love the purses my bf loves the guns, so its a win win situation for me. Also a wonderful crew that has always been so helpful no matter what im looking for. THANKS ALOT GUYS!

This place is NOT open at 9... annoying ... Its listed as 9 and actually opens at 10?!? Only thing I dont like is they will stop their convos when you walk in and they all stare a hole through you , I had 3 workers do this..... it was super weird

Wouldnt allow me to test equipment because it was "new in box." Charged me more than the agreed upon amount. Got it home, and it didnt work. I dont appreciate being lied to and stolen from. I do not recommend shopping here.

Ive worked with a number of pawn shops in this area, and from what I found Pawn Fathers has both the best selection of items for sale and the best prices for you when you want to sell them something.

Horrible service, I do not know how they are still running as a business. Do not use them as an FFL transfer!! avoid this place. Took over a month to send their FFL all they had to do was email it!
