Ive been a customer of Malanie jewelers since May of 2014 thats when I bought my first bangle set from them and over the years Ive continued to buy from them because they give it to a discount price and I always liked there selection of gold jewelry verses the other places. Ever time I go there all of the employees know me. But my experience in this past September with one of there employees I did not appreciate. I went in a day before and really liked there needle and thread earrings so I tried them on and waited the next day cause I wanted to think about them if I really wanted to buy them. So I went in the next day and tried a pair of needle and thread earrings I was talking to a lady she is tall and has long dark brown hair I dont know her name I asked are these currently in style now she said yes. From her bahavior that day she didnt really seem friendly and was annoyed by me asking questions so I bought the earrings and once she saw the four hundred dollars in my hands I saw her face light up and she changed her behavior and was all of a sudden nice. I notice that right away from her. A few days later I went into another jewelry store to get some information on these earrings I bought the owner and lady told me that this style is at least ten to fifteen years old. So I told myself then the lady tricked me into buying these earring. The money was more important to her than the customer and honesty what happen to where trust and honesty is a tradition? I cant return or exchange the earrings either cause it was a sale item. To all future customers going shopping there next time do your homework and research about jewelry b/c they dont abdide or follow there slogan as for me Iam most likely not going to shop from them. The most and worst customer service Ive experienced that day they need to bring Payal back she was never like this to me like how that lady was. Malanie lost a customer.

Worst place ever. The service is AWFUL. The older sales reps particularly, are very rude, unhelpful and downright pushy. One woman rep looked very displeased at us when we told her we just wanted to get something fixed and she tried to force us to take a loan from them for their totally ordinary diamond jewelry (we did not of course). But by then we had already given them the card details and my lo was growing impatient. So we hoped they would do a good job and we left. When I returned to pick up my order, I had taken my 4yo (asleep in my arms I had to carry my lo) along and they just kept moving me from counter to counter which meant I had to carry my lo following the rep all over the shop. Then, they made me shout out my email address, even after I requested I’d write it down for them instead of saying it aloud so that I wouldn’t wake up my lo. Most inconsiderate. And they wouldn’t even hold the door for me as I left, they were not busy at all and all could see I had held my lo on one side and a big bag on the other. Job badly done. They have scratched the precious stone in my ruby pendant and bent the whole setting while fixing it and they did’t even apologize for it. They told me those faults existed before I came to them. NOT TRUE. LIARS. So frustrating. Over all an awful experience. Terrible service. Average collection and Very poor repair job too! I’ll definitely not go there again and I’ll tell all my friends to do the same and spread this message far and wide.

Bought $2000+ worth of jewelry. Wanted silver they had it in gold and told us they will do the silver plating. Went back to pick up the jewelry, the manager starts explaining how they couldnt turn everything into silver and makes excuses as to why it has gold spots still. However, they said they would try one more time. Went back again and necklace looked the same like no one even bothered to work on it again. The owner and the manager both, didnt even come to talk, the manager didnt even apologize for lying and not letting us know before hand that it would not all be of the same color!! Had to talk to a person who worked in the back!! The employees (which are excellent at lying) came and tried to lie to us saying it is all the same color while the employee who worked in the back kept saying to his co- workers that it has faults and to stop lying! Offered us $40 as a refund! When tried wearing it for the first time on my wedding day the screw for one of the earrings broke. They are liars, they show no professionalism whatsoever. By wearing suits and dressing up in indian saris and wearing display jewelry the same ones they sell to us wont bring business ethics to people that rip us off!!!

Outstanding experience! I thought of sharing my personal experience yesterday 09-06-2016 at your jewelry store , it is outstanding from starting to end– We were welcomed by first contact Sandeep and Veena- they are very patient, caring and wants to be the best help and experience at the store with our new baby girl. They have answered most of our questions very politely and honest- showed different models of kids collections bangles, karas, necklace for Infants- Infact this store has lot of varities for Kids compare to other Indian jewelry stores in town. They are very responsive, focused and knowledgeable – they brushed my knowledge on gold and price of items I need to go for in saving huge amounts- They even went one step way ahead and fought for me with their owner in getting best deal –I was very impressed with all of your team, including those I met – they keep on checking on us- How my baby girl doing? Thank you so much for your great hospitality. I strongly recommend both Veena and Sandeep they both are very helpful, gracious and works with customers to a great extent.. They deserve big Kudos!!Please convey my thanks to the ones I have mentioned above….see you soon..

I have been in to this shop for couple of times and I was not happy with the sales people in this shop. I bought a Diamond Ring and couple of regular wear jewelry worth of $2500 in this shop. I went there to exchange my daughters ear rings to a bigger size. They refused to exchange the jewelry because my wife put the nail polish on the back of the studs to stop falling. This can be removed with nail polish remover but they said, we dont replace. They will treat you very high when you go for purchase at the same time they will treat you very cheap when you go for exchange. My wife gave the ear rings in a small box to a sale woman(telugu) for exchange, after refusing to exchange the jewelry the sales woman said, you didnt gave me the jewelry in a box. that make me more upset. its a small box the shop usually keep the jewelry. We were stunned by her behavior and ask her to look under the counter and she found it and said sorry. I am not going to this shop again for sure.
