IF I COULD RATE (-5) OUT OF 5 I WOULD ; THIS IS THE PLACE WORST EVER!! I shouldve went to a pawn shop to get my ring the services there are better than Kay Jeweler customer service. First - I got my ring in April 2015 a diamond fell out in Nov 2015. I took it back to the Jeweler in Nov 2015 and they insisted that I come in April 2016 to get the diamond replaced. SO I waited until April 2016 after ONLY having the ring for 8 months. When April 2016 arrived I took it back to get replaced & THEN they said the warranty is expired. When we purchased the ring in April 2015 we werent told we had to bring it in ONLY IN APRIL & OCT. After explaining to him that we were never notified of this policy he said since the employee that sold us the ring is no longer with the company there is nothing they can do! I even told him the ring wasnt broke in Oct. He still said its outside of the warranty. After spending so much money with a well established company at least they can honor their warranty to the customers even if the employee is no longer with the company. THE WORST PLACE EVER!! IF YOU WANT TO BE OUT OF MONEY BEFORE YOUR 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY THEN IGNORE THE WARNINGS. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE!!!

I will never do business with them again. Robert is a crook and a liar!!!!!!!!! He never gave the right protocol on the wedding band that I purchased for my now husband. The ring was supposed to be ready in plenty of time, I had to pick it up less that 24 hours before the wedding and the stone is set up on prongs as if it were a womans band. The band is already scratched to Hell. And the engraving is not on the band. I made vows with this ring and have talked with countless managers through Kays both corporate and store based and have yet to receive a resolution!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service and place. Called repeated times to get status update on my ring (not even 1 years old) and earrings that needed the stones to be tightened and manager repeatedly gave me the go around and lied and kept saying he was too busy and kept forgetting what he was supposed to call me back for. To make matters worse they send out to Jared to get the stones tightened, give you two weeks promise date (which is too long), kept my paperwork and tired to make me pay even though I have the warranty. Go to Frisco Kay Jewelers, they take care of their customers.

Never doing business here again. Bought a ring and had to wait 3 weeks for it to be sized. When I picked it up, it was dirty and scuffed. I had them buffer it, and a whole new deep scratch in it appeared. Manager said further buffering would not mend it and my options were to return it or send it to their repair center and wait another 7 to 10 days. Neither of those options were acceptable to me. I obviously didnt trust whoever they sent the ring to to be resized, and no way would I trust their repair center.

They just need to go out of business permently. The world would be better off without another huge company that lies and gives people the run around. They lost my wifes ring when it went in for resizing and they had to replace it with another totally different ring after arguing with them for four weeks they finally replaced it.

Place is dirty, carpet, chairs ripped, gross. Only one person can change high end watch batteries and he wouldnt be back for an hour. Where is he? Is he getting paid? Why do you sell watch batteries and watches if you dont know how to change them????
