My family has always bought engagement and wedding rings at Mariloff Diamonds so naturally I went and had to check them out. Now I know why its a family tradition. Mariloff Diamonds in Dallas provided us with a quality of Diamonds at a price that no other vendor could match. When we called and looked around for quotes from their competitors, they told us to stick with the diamond we found at Marilloff because they could not match their prices and told us how great of a deal we were getting. Mark provided us with exceptional service, both in educating and being patient with our financial and timely needs. Their whole staff was courteous and hospitable. I would recommend Mariloff Diamonds to anyone who is in search of jewelry, especially for the purpose of engagement and wedding rings. They take a lot of the stresses away that come along with the planning.

I went into Mariloff not even to make a purchase. My watch had been dead for some time. I purchased a battery from a different store and attempted to change the battery myself. When I tried to put the back cover on, I could not. I went to Mariloff on my lunch break and when I walked in, I was promptly greeted and felt as if I were in a friendly environment. Jim took my watch to the back and began to work. He realized that the battery I had purchased was actually sub-par and replaced it for me. On top of that, he ensured that everything with the watch was functioning properly before I left. In and out within 20 minutes. Talk about great service with a wonderful showroom to glance around in while I waited! Extremely friendly and personable staff. I had an awesome experience!

My fiance wanted something a little more personal for my engagement ring and decided to try Mariloffs after a recommendation from a friend. He went in to see about having my ring made, and the service he received was incredible. The staff there is so friendly, worked with my fiance to be sure to stay in his budget, and made my ring more beautiful than I could have imagined. Since the engagement, Mariloffs has also made a custom band to match my engagement ring so I could further enjoy the incredible detail on the rings and a band for my fiance. I would definitely recommend Mariloffs to anyone I know who is looking for beautiful jewelery from a fair company.

I had the best experience in my life buying jewelry from Mariloff, specifically Molly. I submitted an online appt to 3 jewelry stores with high reviews and Molly called me the next morning to get some more information about what I was looking for. She not only sent me pictures of options in email but set an appt up with me right then. She waited for me after they closed, offered me a beer, and sat with me for almost 3 hours to make sure it was the right setting and diamond for my engagement ring. You will not find the quality and service that they are able to offer here.

Mariloff went so far above and beyond to create the most gorgeous engagement ring for me! My husband found the perfect diamond and then wisely let me help in the design. Jim Martin and everyone at Mariloff worked with us as long as we needed to ensure the design and ring were absolutely perfect!! The staff was very friendly and eager to help me out. I was running to a meeting, so was able to leave it with them and pick it up the same day at my own convenience. Great experience at Mariloff in Dallas. Jim Martin helped me through the engagement ring purchasing process. Although buying an engagement ring can be stressful in order to pick the right one, Jim made it more simple and fun. I struggled a little bit and went back and forth when choosing a diamond but Jim helped me through it and gave honest and helpful advice. I shopped around and came back to Mariloff since they had great value, selection, and amazing service. I definitely recommend this place!
